Just what the fuck was wrong with Kylo Ren? Hux knew that he'd taken a liking to the doctor, but he hadn't thought that it was anywhere near that bad. He'd have never gotten this close to her if he'd known. No, he would have gotten even closer but he wouldn't have let Kylo catch him.

Now, the General was stumbling to his chambers, holding his ribs and feeling the bone fragments of his arm move against each other with every step taken. He called Dr Escyle and patiently waited for the man to arrive.

He could use this against Ren. He could use her easily, but now he'd be even more careful. The only positive was that MD-2442 didn't seem to resent Hux. He cursed himself for not exploiting Kylo's weakness more, earlier on.

"What happened, Armitage?" Escyle asked and started treating Hux's broken arm.

"Kylo Ren. Who else? How long until you'll have fixed it?"

"A few hours. The fragments are well placed. He hasn't lost it like this for a while...or at least not since that fucking doctor returned. I heard the stories and we had enough patients thanks to him in that month where she was gone."

"It was much the same now."

"I heard he's been irritable lately still. Complained of not sleeping well. Did he get angry over her? Does he like her or is she important somehow?"

She'd somehow knocked out two Knights of Ren. She definitely was important and with more skills than Hux knew, but he didn't know what yet and he wouldn't tell Escyle anyway. How the fuck had she done that?

As Hux didn't answer, Escyle made his mind up about what was happening on his own: "She just keeps his bed warm, doesn't she? A man like Kylo probably has needs that not just anyone can fulfil."

Hux was a bit perplexed that he was speaking so bluntly about it. "Is that what everyone thinks?"

"No, people don't. They just think she's brownnosing him."

As far as Hux knew, she was genuinely loyal to Kylo. She got nothing out of it.

"But let's be honest, Armitage. She doesn't look very remarkable but she's as fucked up, if not more than he is. She killed...," he stopped, cleared his throat, then continued. "With her own hands, slitting her throat like a maniac. She is completely psychopathic. She fits well with Kylo. He's just the same. She doesn't need to brownnose him with that attitude so the only thing that she can be with that body of hers is his whore."

"What?" Hux asked; pure reflex not because he hadn't understood him.

"I've seen her change. Don't look at me like that, it was an accident. She's got a great body, toned and trained, obviously. She's more soldier than doctor. The scars would kind of put me off, but her—"

"Just fix my arm," Hux interrupted him, tone much more annoyed than he'd wanted to.

"Come on. You have to admit that you'd really like to put her into place—"

"No."

Hux wanted nothing more than to shove that damned doctor against the wall and teach her to show the respect she continued to not give him. He wanted her throat in his hands, the other one running over that tender body of hers. He wanted to feel her skin, tear off that stupid black tunic that was only a sign that she was nowhere in his reach and put her into place. Hux would show her what it meant to respect him. What it meant to follow him. What good he could do to her if she'd be lying on his bed, begging for him, not for that damned fucking Kylo Ren. But that time hadn't come yet and admitting his thoughts to anyone wasn't an option. If others knew, they could meddle with his plans and so, Hux would keep his fantasies to himself.
