The Ghost was in hyperspace after a cargo transfer Ezra felt like it was getting harder and harder every day he walked into the cockpit "at best, our squadron is at half strength. We're not just losing fighters we're losing pilots faster than we can replace them." Hera said as he entered seeing Chopper project Commander Sato in between her and the Jedi "Until we can find a base, we need somewhere to land our fighters." Kanan said shaking his head at the situation "perhaps we can solve two problems at once. A rebel cell has reported an imperial carrier over their world. If we can steal that ship, we can use it to house all our fighters. This cell is in the Ryloth system." Sato said this caught Hera's attention "Ryloth? I know the cel you're talking about. I'll contact them." Hera said as the transmission ended and she stood "you're actually gonna talk to him?" Kanan asked, Hera nodded "I don't think we have much choice. We need that carrier." Hera said leaving the cockpit "ok so what's wrong with Ryloth?" Sam said popping out over the hunter's shoulder Kanan gave a stern look.

Scene change

Hera had a somber look as she powered up her personal holotable taking a step back a figure appeared "Hera. This is unexpected." The man said crossing his arms "Father, we need to talk." Hera said with a stern look her father also put one on as he nodded.

Timeskip

The Ghost docked onto Sato's Command ship and they made their way to the command post "how do I look?" Kanan asked looking to the hunter who rolled his eyes "same as always." Ezra stated Sabine coming up behind and grabbing his hand the hunter looked to her with a smile before they stopped "straighten up a little. You're making me look bad." Kanan said making the hunter chuckle "wow you're scared to meet the father." Ezra said getting a chuckle out of Zeb and Sabine "no, it's nothing. Just calm down." Kanan stammered making the hunter scoff pushing him "you got this stud." Ezra joked as two of Hera's kind walked in the one with orange skin had his hands behind his back "It's been a long time. Father." Hera said with a bow of her head her father's eyes shifted to Kanan "Ah. You must be the Jedi I've heard about." He said as Kanan stepped forward "Jarrus. Kanan Jarrus. I've..." He started clearing his throat "heard a lot about you too, sir." Kanan finished bowing his head slightly the orange Ezra noticed that the one he was trying to impress had a smirk adorned to his face "this is the rest of our crew. Ezra, Sabine, and Zeb." Kanan said pointing to them out of order Chopper made some grunting noises looking towards the alien man "A fine group of fighters. Cham Syndulla at your service." Cham introduced himself "The Liberator of Ryloth. I studied your Clone War tactics at the Academy." Sabine said making the hunter look to him 'impressive.' He thought as Cham chuckled "yes. The empire is still trying to figure out how to beat me. These are two of my finest warriors. Numa and Gobi." He introduced Hera was looking away "well, we should get to the briefing. There's a lot to do." She said walking away to the planning room.

Timeskip

Everyone stood around the console except for the hunter who leaned against the wall behind Sabine "the empire has a light carrier in orbit over Ryloth they use to bomb the Twi'lek rebels." Hera started pressing a button changing the projection to the ship "the ship's well defended but we can get aboard using the stolen bomber while the squadron is away." She continued pressing the button again showing the bomber and ship holding it "one team secures the hangar, the other storms the bridge. Then we jump out before they figure out what hit them." Hera finished, Ezra looked over to Cham who shook his head "no, this monstrosity has rained destruction and death on the citizen of Ryloth. It is not enough that it simply disappears. My people need to see it fall from the sky in flames as a symbol of our strength." Cham said making the hunter raise his brow 'seems almost like...' The hunter started his thoughts "like the Cabal?" Sam asked in his head he nodded "So I recommend a change in plans. Using my bomber, schematics and timetables we can destroy the carrier when it's most vulnerable." Cham explained his plan "if you could have destroyed it you would of done so already. You need us... and we need the carrier." Hera explained the hunter nodded "we need each other. Cham's intel, Hera's plan. This works, we all win." Kanan said causing Cham looked to his two fighters "very well. With Jedi on our side, how can we fail?" He said before looking to his daughter who raised a brow trying to read the orange man.
