The Ghosts of Geonosis

The hunter had a hand on his holstered gun as Saw interrogated the bug alien "tell me what I want to know, bug. What imperial secret was worth the lives of my team, my friends?" Saw asked angrily as he pushed up on the bug "easy, bud." Ezra said putting a hand up knowing the bug was terrified "we've all got questions for him." Kanan said "Saw, he's unarmed." Rex informed making Saw turn "you know better than anyone, we can't underestimate these things." The freedom fighter said pushing the Geonosian towards the wall the alien shook with fear making the hunter sigh "he's afraid." He stated "how can you tell?" Rex asked looking to him "I've seen plenty of things afraid, look at the way he's cowering, his legs are shaking, and finally his eyes are in a panicked state." The hunter informed listing all the signs "let Ezra talk to him." Kanan said looking to Saw and Rex making the guardian step forward "it's okay. We won't hurt you." The hunter said getting closer holding out his hand whilst taking off his helm "hmm?" The Geonosian said looking to the man "I'm Ezra. What's your name little guy?" Ezra asked with a soft and kind smile "Klik-klak, klik-klak." The bug said making the hunter make a sorrowful face "yeah, I think I'm going to call ya Klik-Klak. Come on out." The guardian said gesturing whilst walking away Klik-Klak walked towards Chopper speaking and pointing at him pressing into him with his finger making the droid chirp out angrily whilst waving his hands "it's ok, Chop." Sam said popping out "Klik-Klak, can you tell us what the empire was doing here on Geonosis?" The hunter asked gesturing with his body trying to break the language barrier making the alien crouch while speaking drawing into the dirt a circle within another circle "circle inside of a circle. That could be the rings around Geonosis." Rex said with a shrug "I need more than some scratches in the dirt." Saw said as Chopper chattered making the hunter nod looking to the others "Chop picked up an energy reading in the direction Klik-Klak was going. Down below somewhere." The guardian translated "probably a trap. Another den of battle droids." Saw said a scowl on his face "or the answers we're looking for." Kanan said trying to calm down the freedom fighter "we came all this way." Rex said making the giant man sigh pulling out a pair of cuffs and putting on the Geonosian who struggled and tried to bonk Saw on the head "what are you doing?" Ezra asked angrily seeing the man do this as Klik-Klak continued to shout "tracker. I don't want it running off again." Saw said as he got them on and pushed him forward all following Chopper, the hunter looked to where the Geonosian was standing and noticed a metal piece he went over and picked it up it felt light and had a holoprojector accidentally turning it on he saw the image of a woman he raised a brow before putting it on his belt "probably belongs to Saw." The hunter said to himself before jogging to catch up to the rest of the team.

Once he got near them he took the item off his belt "hey Saw! I think this is yours." The hunter said holding it out "where'd you get that? Give it here!" Saw yelled yanking it from the hunter's hand "you dropped it back there. Is that your sister?" The hunter asked "Steela. This is all I have left of her." He said with a saddened look moving forward Rex came over and put a hand on the hunter's shoulder "Back in the Clone War. Saw's sister was killed by a Separatist gunship." He explained making the hunter nod "and the Geonosian were Separatists, right?" Ezra asked a little saddened and understanding of the freedom fighters hate for the alien "yeah, and they created those gunships." Rex said making the hunter sigh sadly putting his helmet back on and following.

Scene change

Sabine and Zeb finished putting the core of the shield generator in The Ghost's hold "Zeb, Sabine I need you up here!" Hera said over the comm making the lasat sigh "what now?" He asked following the mando to the cockpit "Imperial light cruiser. They haven't detected us yet. We need to get the others back here now, but I can't raise their commlinks. They must have gone back into the tunnels for some reason." Hera said "if I take a transmitter into the cave think I can contact them from there?" Zeb asked making the pilot look to him "try it, but don't stray too far. Sabine you finish locking down the deflector core." Hera said making the Mandalorian nod as they both went to their respective duties.
