Chapter 12 Blood sisters

(A/n Skipping a episode mostly because not enough Ezra in that one also this chapter is very different from the episode.)

After his little pirate adventure Ezra was being very secretive, Sabine was feeling suspicious of the hunter. He was definitely planning something, him and Sam, right before she went to sleep last night. She closed her eyes and feigned it to listen in, they had something planned and it had to do with the Mandalorian but she had no idea what, it got on her nerves and now he was in The Radiant up in orbit. A bit later he transmated into her room where she lay. Right off the bat she noticed that he had smoke smell from him and a small flame on his head he had an annoyed look on his face she sat up "you uh... got a little something on your head." Sabine pointed out Ezra tilted his head in confusion before she stood up and held up a mirror that showed him "oh thanks Bine." Ezra said with a chuckle patting at the flame smothering it.

A little later

Sabine and Ezra walked off the ramp of The Ghost, Chopper wheeling beside them. Hera was in front of the ship talking to two people he didn't recognize "Vaux, you're picking up our fighter parts in the market. The crates are labelled 'Ronto Meat.' And watch out for Imperial troops. They've increased patrols. Good luck." she said as the two nodded and walked away "You said you had another mission?" Ezra asked the three stopped in front of her "What do you need?" He continued with a smile "There's a courier coming in who has secret information. I need you to pick him up and transport him to Havok Outpost." She explained the hunter gave a nod "Sounds easy enough." Sabine said with a shrug Hera held up her hand "actually Sabine this one's for Ezra and Chopper he's kind of as he puts it 'the stealth expert.'" She explained Sabine gave a chuckle as she put on her helmet "come on Hera, you can trust me. What's this courier look like?" Sabine asked Hera gave a look to Ezra "let her, who knows I could use a badass just in case." He said she looked to him he could tell even with her helmet she was smirking Hera shrugged "Whatever you say Ezra, anyways listen they'll respond to this code phrase." Hera said as she handed Sabine the data pad "Got it." The Mandalorian said back with a nod as she returned the data pad "me and Sabine will get it done captain." Ezra said with a mock salute Sam popped out "don't worry Hera momma bird will watch over them." the ghost said scanning the Data pad she was holding.

The Radiant flew over hovering the three waited as the back opened up and they made their way in to the medium sized ship the hunter smirked making Sabine weary "now time to hide your armor cause not going to lie you stick out." Ezra said she put her hand over her heart in mock hurt "and I thought you loved this armor." She said with a sniffle the hunter rolled his eyes "it's just a disguise don't worry." He said as Sam scanned over the Mandalorian's armor "we had something planned for this it'll look like something of mine." the ghost said as her armor transformed into a female luxe gear she looked it over in the mirror and gave a whistle "dang, I look good in this." The Mandalorian said as she admired her figure in the armor. Sam transmated a button to Sabine's hand "that'll turn off the effect off and on if you choose." She said as Ezra's Luxe gear transmated on his body he had his weapons on the table nearby Le Monarque Fatebringer and Chain of Command the hunter grabbed Fatebringer and put it under his jacket where there was a holster "on yours there's two put your blasters there." Ezra said she complied as The Radiant went into Hyperspace.

A little later...

They walked in silence looking for the courier, being honest Ezra nearly forgot they were on mission, he was just enjoying the company "hey." The hunter said "when we get back to the Havok outpost, how would you feel about going out for the night. It's been a while since we had a nice date." The hunter said with his hands behind his neck Sabine didn't talk for a moment but her head did turn to face him "yeah, that sounds really..." Sabine started she turned to face a wall on their right and stopped walking "nice." She muttered the hunter turned "hey you ok?" Ezra asked Sabine shook her head "nothing don't worry about it." She said shaking her head "I doubt that." Ezra stated as they neared the hanger They entered a hanger as a shuttle was dropping in "Garel shuttle 3765 from Coruscant has arrived in Bay 22." The intercom said Ezra crossed his arms as they watched different people get off the ship "So how do we find this courier?" He asked looking around "A code word 'It's a long way to Alderaan.'" Sabine informed Ezra nodded as he walked forward towards a nearby Rodian "Hey partner." He said turning around and walking alongside him "It's a long way to Alderaan. Right?" Ezra asked, the Rodian nodded awkwardly "yeah. It's a couple of light years." He said before walking away "It's a long way to Alderaan." he heard Sabine say to someone else making him sigh "this is both going to take awhile and be really suspicious." He said aloud pinching the bridge of his nose.
