After the disaster at 57th expedition, the cost and causalities incurred during the expedition, dealt a blow heavy enough to destroy the scout regiment's support. Erwin and the others in charge found themselves summoned to the capital, and were ordered to hand him and Eren over.

Commander Erwin instructed them to head down to the basement, the planning phase starts now. 

"What's taking so long. Where the hell are Erwin's men. At this rate the military police regiment escort is going to show up before them. Must be having a hell of a hard time taking a shit." Levi sighed out, drinking his cup of tea. The only ones there currently is himself, Eren, and the now living Levi squad.

"You're very talkative today, captian." Eren jabbed.

"Don't be stupid, I talk a lot."

"Yeah! You just don't notice!" Petra sarcastically said to Eren.

"I'm sorry." Eren apologized.

"Well what are we going to do now? What if the female titan doesn't show up?" He asked, curious.

"This is why we're here brat, we're going to go over the plan." Oruo spoke up, very much alive and well.

"If we can capture the female titan in the stonhess district it would improve the scouts reputation and we would likely be allowed to keep both of you." Eld added, having a pulse as well.

"Sorry we're late." Erwin announced descending the basement with Jean, Mikasa, Armin and a few others.

"I believe we have discovered who the female titan is. We will capture her this time." 

He gasped at the news, so they're really going to capture her.

"We will do it the day after tomorrow. While passing through stohess district on our way to the capital. This will be our first and last chance to capture her. Once on the other side, the government will take custody of Eren and Marty and we'll have difficulty investigating those bent on destroying the walls. Both of which will foster in mankind's destruction. We'll have to get everything on this operation."

Him and Eren both nodded, he's going to need to get to work soon. He should leave behind as many pieces of technology as he could if this were to happen.

"While passing through stohess we use Eren as bait. To lure he target into this underground passage. Given the target)s size and strength, we need to get her down there as fast as possible. We should be able to immobilize her in her titan form. But in the event that she transforms before then, it will be up to you two," Erwin pointed at him and Eren.

"Yes sir!" They both answered

"Are you sure the target will be in stonehess sir, they could be anywhere within the walls, or even outside of it." He asked, trying to confirm if the female titan is who he thinks it is.

"Yes. The target is a member of the military police regiment."

"ANNIE!" He thought, almost shouting, but he quickly closed his mouth first.

"Yes, we believe that she killed the other titan we caught alive, and was part of the 104th cadet corps."

"Ho....hold on a second!" Eren stuttered

"The name of the girl we believe to be the female titan is.....Annie Leonhart."

With the plans being discussed he got back to work.

With the minuscule amount of time left he wanted to mark the invention of the steam engine as fast as possible but something else takes priority, flight .
