The Sea titan (Attack on Titan）

The training arc part 1

Keith shadis is a very serious man. By the look of things, he's not completely right in the head either. He needs to observe the man clearly.

"Hey you!" He shouted, his voice amplified directly at Armin, shit, he's next

"Sir!" Armin replied determination in his eyes. As he's speaking he formed a salute over his heart.

"Who the hell are you!"

"Armin Alert from shiganshina district!"

"I see! That's a ridiculous name! Did your parents give it to you?"

"My grandfather did sir!"

"Arlert! Why are you here?"

"To help humanity achieve victory!" Armin squealed out, squeezing his eyes shut. The poor thing must be shook.

"That's wonderful to hear! You shall serve as bait for the Titans!" Keith responded, his voice strong and menacing.

"Third row, about-face!"

"Who the hell are you!" Keith shouted directly into his face.

"Marty, from shiganshina...." He said, not remembering his last name.

"Marty what! Cadet!" Kieth continued eyeing him, his face is of slight rage, but he can feel a tiny bit of guilt from him, or was it pity?

"My parents never got the chance to tell me sir!" That seems enough for him.

"Why the hell are you here!" He asked, a bit more gently than when he asked Armin.

"To try and end this nightmare once and for all sir..."

Keith seemed satisfied with that and moved on.

I waited until he was out of distance and then blew out a lot of air. The tension in that moment was arduous. He released it all in a few heavy pants. He maintains calm breaths all around, god that was intense, he's gotta get used to it.

He listens to the sounds around him, in these military situations you just shouldn't turn around. He listens to the names and tried to remember them, Thomas Wagner, Connie springer, Jean Kirchtein and many others. They all got berated by the commandant.

he heard that commandant Keith was quieter than usual. He looked over the shoulders of another cadet to see a girl eating a potato.

A potato! The nerves on that girl! Does she not realise the gravity of the situation? He just caught on to their conversation so a part of the context is missing.

"What do you think you're doing?"

"I'm talking to you! Who the hell are you?" He shouted with renewed fury. She quickly gulped down the potato and gave her salute

"Sasha Braus from Dauper Village, on the south side of wall Rose!"

With an utmost intimidating voice he asked "Sasha Braus, what's in your right hand?"

"A potato sir, I found one in the cookhouse that was ready to eat, so I couldn't help myself!" Wow, just wow, the balls on that girl is made of steel. She's either very brave or very stupid. At this moment though, he would say it was the latter.

"You stole it?" Keith asked coldly.

"I felt it would be a waste to let it get cold, so I decided to eat it now" Her response seems formal but the crap she spilled out is just ridiculous.

"I don't understand. Why did you eat the potato?" Keith asked, confusion rising in the commandants voice.

"Are you asking me why people eat potatoes, sir?" He couldn't resist it now. He titled his head to look at the girl. It seems everybody did at this point. He saw mixed reactions of disgust, awe and plain confusion.
