Something is Amiss

*Alicias POV*

Classes were over I yawned it had been such an eventfull day.
I had just finished up my class beasts and magical creatures.

It was one of my favorite classes here at Hogwarts, I loved learning about all the different magical creatures & beasts. I have a huge soft spot for animals.
If you have not been to my solarium you might not know but I spent much of last year saving many creatures who were being poached.

I was slowly making my way to the castle when I noticed something out of place in the fringe of the forbidden forest.
I could see bits of sparks flying around as if there was a duel going on. I could see no one though maybe it was just some first years practicing the lumos.

I wanted to go explore the forbidden forest but I knew it would upset Seb if I went alone.
He never underestimated my powers, he just wanted to be by my side if I stumbled into something unsavory.
The centaurs no longer saw me as a threat but I knew they were uncomfortable when a witch or a wizard stepped foot into the forest.

I also knew that I couldn't explore anymore as Sebastian could not risk getting into any trouble.

I turned away and started heading back to the great hall I had skpped lunch and I knew that my stomach wouldn't calm down until I ate something.

Pulling my hood off I stepped inside only to be met with one of slytherin girls I never wanted to see ever again.
Saraphina Black, she has had it out for me since she found out that Seb & I were dating.
She had always fancied Seb and was angry that he was with me a gryffindor instead of someone like her.
She was tall with raven black hair, that had blue hues depending on the lighting. Bright blue eyes that could memorise anyone who looked into her eyes. She had curves in all the right places. To sum it up she was everything I wasn't in the looks department.

There were rumors that she must be part mermaid with how she was able to draw in anyone she wanted.
But being a black we all knew it was baseless rumors. As they were staunt believers that only pureblood witches and wizards should be the only ones who got to use magic.
"Hello Alice oops I mean Alicia,
I am so surprised to see you here. I had heard you had to be checked into the looney bin after Professor Fig died and Sebastian being gone for the whole summer break. I figured he would come to his senses and realise, that you were not good enough for a man like him."

My hand gripped my wand tightly I wanted to wipe the smirk off her tace to merlin with the consequences of not only attacking another student but the headmasters daughter as well.

Before I could manage to pull my wand out, I felt someone grab a hold of my arm and began to drag me to the great hall.
"How dare you get in the way of my" before I could mention the last bit I had realised it was Ominis who pulled me away.
