*Alicias POV*

I rushed out of the washroom and clipped my hair up on the way to the great hall.
I had Transfiguration and Herbology today.
Professor Weasley wanted me to deminstrate my  animagus in class today.
I was a little nervous I was supposed to trail Saraphina in my animagus form when she Left for her task. I didn't want her to recognise me in that form. But it's not like you can say no to Professor Weasley.
"I grabbed a plate and threw some toast with jam and a few eggs and fresh blueberries paired with my usual cup of coffee.
Ominis waved me over and pulled me into the seat next to him. Giving me a kiss on the cheek." My face flushed a little, "So I see Evermore has finally accepted Gaunts offer to court her. A smile placed upon Garreths face. I have lost a bet Natsai bet it would be in less than a month. When I bet it would take till summer vacation."
Natsai pushed Garreth "Congratulations you two." Natsai smiled at the both of us.
Poppy and Sebastian looked shocked but quickly fixed their faces. "Congratulations Poppys voice quivered I must excuse myself Professor Howin is expecting me I offered to lend her a hand."
Sebastian muffled his congrats before excusing himself as well.
Only confirming that they had tried to end things between Ominis and I.
Natsai quickly recovered the conversation asking me if I was nervous about turning into an animagus in front of the whole class.
Ominis stayed rather quiet, I could tell he was stuck in his thoughts.
He was reading a letter from his parents. His brow furoed and his shapely mouth turned into a scowl. "Incendio" the letter quickly turned into ash.
"Ominis what is wrong?"
"They have demanded if I am not engaged to a woman of my choosing by the end of this year. That the Blacks have shown interest in bethrothing me to that witch of a woman Saraphina. Since my vision has returned they think I can finally  be the provider she needs.
He scoffs I will not be forced to push your hand Alicia and I will not be made to marry Saraphina it will have to happen over my dead body."
He gets up "Ominis we will have been courting long enough for us to announce an engagment at the end of the school year. I will not say no if my feelings remain the same. You would not be pushing my hand.
Lets get to Professor Weasleys class we musn't be late when I am the lesson you all are meant to study."
Ominis,Natsai and Garreth laugh as we head into Transfiguration and take our seats.
Professor Weasley quieted the class down. "As you know the school year is ending soon and if you want to become an animagus you need to start brewing your potions now.
Many things could go wrong so if you have any questions please come to me.
I would much rather fix a potion than try and fix the human/animal form you get stuck into.
Once you drink that potion there is no going back to avoid the pain you will feel when transforming the first time.
One of the students today was ahead of all of you and she is already registered.
She kindly agreed to demonstrate for all of you. Alicia Evermore if you could make your way down.

Alicia has already transformed a few times you will not get to witness the pain that comes with your first transfiguration. Do not be fooled into thinking that it is painless. You can go ahead now.

I closed my eyes and pointed the wand to my heart and said the incantnation. I handed my wand over to Professor weasley.
I could feel my body extend as fur grew out all over my body. In a few seconds I looked into the mirror and saw the big black wolf I had turned into with silver eyes.
Some students looked in awe others were etched with fear
I turned around and sat down.
Giving a quick snarl to make the fearfull students jump.
"This is Alicias animagus more than likely if any of you become an animagus you will not be as big as her.
Her ancient magic impacts her differently.
In the animagus form a witch or a wizard can't cast magic.
That is why many of our aurors who are animagus are often sent on spying missions.
If you keep your animagus form on for to long the animal will take over.
So you have to be extremely careful to not push those boundries.
Now the only way you can transform back is if you imagine your human body and concentrate on it.
Alicia if you wouldc deminstrate.
I quickly thought of my human form and turned back into my usual self. Professor Weasley handed my wand back before I returned to my seat.
Class is dismissed. Remember I am here to help, take advantage of that."
