The Second Trial

*Alicias POV*

"I see you have accomplished connecting with nature.
For now I will explain what comes next.
As you know magic came from Mother Earth, She blessed us with it.
Magic was pure before mankind were allowed to have it. It's first forms on this earth were the elements.
To begin to learn how to control your magic you need to start from the begining.
You will need many crystal balls.
You need to learn how to entertwine your magic with the elements and circulate it through your body and a crystal ball without breaking it.
Omins walked in and bowed and sat on the chair that was besides me.
It takes time and commitment to pass this trial.
So don't give up hope, you are one step closer to fulfilling your potential."
Arrow walked out of the portrait.
"So it sounds like I need to order you a bunch of crystal balls."
"It seems so I went and sat in his lap. But I can afford to order them myself."
"Nonsense my parents won't even notice a change in my account.
Are you ready for this next step?"
"I am a little nervous what if I can't get the hang of it? Will I never learn how to control it?
Or what if I do and I let the power get to my head?"
Ominis smiled at me and kissed my forehead. "Firstly you are not Sebastian, secondly you already had the chance to take the last repository and combine it with your magic and you didn't. Wanting to learn how to control your magic also stands in good will. You wouldn't care if you had ill intentions.
And Alicia you do have the ability to do anything you set your mind too.
You are never one to give up once your mind is set. It is one of the things that attracted me to you in the first place.
If it were not for you Sebastians and my friendship would have ended last year. I'm glad you didn't give up on him."
He nuzzled into me smelling my hair.
I think we are due some butterbeers first round is on me."
"Ominis you musn't spoil me too much people will notice, I shall buy the first round."
He threw on his winter cloak and apparated us to Hogsmeade.
The cold wind whipped around us as we walked through Hogsmeade.
Students milled around in groups hanging out in front of shops and coming in and out the stores.
Ominis lead the way into The three broomsticks, the warm air rushed us at the door.
The smell of baked goods floated through the air.
As he strode in I realised that almost every lady here had their eyes on him.
I couldn't blame them with short blonde hair styled to the side his grey green eyes adding to the already angular cheekbones, full lips and a chizzled jaw he was tall with broad shoulders, muscular but not too much. He was a walking dreamboat, even just looking at him sent fire through my veins.
And until he was courting someone again he was considered free game.
He escorted me to a booth and sat down "I'll be right back with our first round" I said over the noise.
I walked up the the bar and said hello to Sirona and ordered two hot butterbeers. "You better get back to Ominis several of the ladies here have approached him."
I looked back and she was indeed right.
Issabel Montago, Olivia Paige and Marwani Silas were currently crowding our table.
I grabbed the two mugs and walked over.
"Excuse me ladies but I would like to get to my seat."
As I stared them down, they said their goodbyes to Ominis and left.
"I kind of like it when your jealous, Ominis smirks at me. You know if you allowed me to court you no one would be forward with me.
But until than you will have to put up with that riffraff.
My wealth and family attract the vapid girls who want a life of luxury." " is it though or is it because you have also turned into a devilishly handsome gentleman?"
I smiled at him, "it could be a little of both. But the only one I want is sitting across from me."
I had a reason why I asked you here today.
I was wondering what your summer break plans were.
I know you haven't gaven me your answer, on if I can court you but I wanted to see if you would want to spend part of your break with my family and  I at our summer estate in Rome. Courting or not I would enjoy your company and I promise we would only have to attend a few dinners with them and thats it."
"Rome or London how should I ever be able to pick I smiled at him, a trip to Rome sounds lovely. I would love to go with you Ominis."
He smiled and drew my hand into his.
"It will be a summer you never forget."
"I have no doubt," I smiled at him.
He went on to tell me about all the places he wanted to take me in Rome, reexplore areas thst he didn't get to see with his eyes.
I could get lost in his eyes as they shined with excitement when he talked about the food and the way the sun felt on the skin.
I noticed that his admirers were in the background, just waiting for me so they could continue to try and sink their claws into him.
"Lets get back to the castle it is getting quite late. He put my cloak on me and placed my arm in the crook of his elbow as we walked out.
Ominis apparated us into the front of my dorm entrance. He pulled me closer and claimed my lips with his. It was a soft sweet kiss before he pulled away. Remember Alicia I only burn for you."

*Sebastians POV*

I fell out of bed my head felt like I had ran my head into the wall several times.
I had been partying for the last two days trying to drink the shame away. I had ended up in a few different girls bed trying to forget what I did to Ali.
I hated how much I enjoyed taking what I wanted from her what was always mine to take in the first place.
Maybe it was true the more you messed with the dark arts the more it ate away at your soul.
I didn't know how I was going to face her today in the room I took advantage of her in.
My dick hardened at the memory of how tight she was around me.
I put on trousers and a black button down pulling my black school cloak on I made my way to the guest hall.
Grabbing a cup of coffee I chugged it down as Wilmena made her way to me.
"Sebastian I heard you have thrown your hat back into the courting ring. Consider me interested."
She gave me a smile as she walked away.
Spring somehow was always the courting season. The woman almost went feral it seemed.
As I got closer to the undercroft I could see Ominis surronded by a flock of girls.
This year seemed to be even worse than the ones prior.
It didn't help that he grew out of his boyish looks. And since Alicia and him haven't came out as courting many girls vied up to take her place.
These girls should know by now that no one could take Alicias place in either of our hearts.
I laughed as I watched Ominis struggle to eluding the group of girls.
I walked into the Undercroft everyone was here besides Ominis.
"It looks like I'm not the one who is late this time, earning a laugh from everyone but Alicia she wouldn't even look at me.
Unfortunatly I think we will have to go on without him as he can't shake off the girls that are on his tail, Alicia maybe you can pass off the information seeing as you two are close. So does anyone have anything to share?"
Imelda raised her hand "I have been able to sneak in her room and she is corresponding with others but there are no signatures they do speak of a day but it's coded but I copied it down.
Maybe one of us can figure it out."
Natsai spoke up "she is starting to seclude herself. I have noticed she is more often times alone.
I think now that we know there has been talk amoungst them your assesement was right. I think they must be planning for this to happen soon.
If she is isolating herself she trying to get time alone for a reason."
Allcia spoke in, "she did not leave hogwarts at any time I think the place she was assigned is somewhere close and a place she is familiar with.
An attack on Hogsmeade had already so it had to be somewhere else nearby maybe Arranshire."
Mumbles of agreements followed.
"Well we better prepare we must keep an eye on Saraphina we can not lose our chance of following her. With that meeting ajurned if we need to have a meeting send an owl to me."

Ominis walked into the room as everyone was walking out looking a little flustered. "Did I miss the whole thing?"
"For the first time you did I smirked at him. Don't worry Ali will fill you in."
I walked out nearly running into Poppy.
"Hey I almost ran you over."
"Can I ask you something"
"Always Poppy ask away."
"How do you do it, watch them be together so easily? As if it's not breaking your heart?"
"I know they won't last forever,
She will always be mine even when she thinks she belongs to someone else.
Eventually she will come back to me."
"Well why haven't you done anything to speed it up, maybe if Alicia gets back with you. Ominis will get back with me. Maybe we can work together to split them up."
"Thats not a bad idea lets come back to it when this battle is over."
I walked away Poppy was much more of a schemer she was but managed to maintain her innocent personality.
It wasn't a bad idea to maybe push their end date to a closer one. It would also give me time to get her to forgive me.
Not a bad idea at all.
I found Wilmena and dragged her into the broom closet. I was a single man and I would enjoy until I got Alicia back.
