Honesty

*Sebastians POV*
Out of breath I stepped up to the doors that opened up into the the main hall.
I was hoping on everything that I had managed to get here before she made it into her dorm.

Walking as fast as I could I started heading towards the Gryffindor tower. I would not wait till tomorrow to explain myself.
Rounding the corner I slammed into a hard body. After catching myself I looked up and noticed I had ran into Ominis, I was a little shocked even though I had known he had grown.
I didn't really see him for what he was now. I had always seen him as the boy whose limbs were too long and skinny.
His boyish face had matured his cheekbones more pronounced. His jawline angular. He was muscled out as much as I was and was even taller than myself.

"Sorry about that Ominis I did not see you there, please tell me Alicia hasn't made it into her dorm yet?"

Ominis stood there for a second, I knew he was upset, even though we have been bestfriends for so long. I knew he deeply cared for Alicia, she had been there for him far more than I was last year.

"She went inside Sebastian, I was thankfully there in time to calm her down no thanks to you."

As much as I knew he was right I felt a my anger rise.
I did not like how he came off just now.
" I never asked you to leave your girlfriend so you could go comfort mine! How did you even know where she was to begin with?"
Ominis smirked how I wanted to spell it off his face.
" I have ran into her there a few times, she told me she goes there when she needs to decompress and contemplate."

"Ominis you are testing me, where did you find her!" "I will never tell you, as I stumbled upon her by accident it's a place where she prefers to be alone."
I huffed in annoyance there was to be no secrets between us he knew this.
"You better tell me now! We made a pact to never keep secrets from one another."
Ominis glared and his mouth turned into a snarl.
"How dare you use that against me when you cleary have been the first to break it."

I was seething I was more just keeping them out of the know. How about we all meet at the undercroft tomorrow I will explain myself to both of you."

"That sounds fantastic I will send an owl to Alicia in the morning as I doubt she will respond to any of yours at the moment."
Ominis walked away, I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight so I sneaked into the undercroft and went back to planning the quest I had just began to really start.

*Alicia POV*
I woke up to the sound of tapping on my window, slowly rubbing my eyes I opened them to see Ominis's owl staring at me through the window.
I quickly got off the bed and opened the window, grabbing the letter I thanked the owl before sitting down on my bed.

The note read,
Alicia I hope you managed to get some sleep, I ran into Seb after leaving you at your dorm. I scolded him greatly for you, he has asked us to meet him this morning in the undercroft so he can explain himself to us. I understand if you do not come, but I hope to see you there. You deserve an explination.

I felt conflicted I deffinately wanted a valid reason as to why he had been talking to Saraphina but I was terrified that he would have none.
We had DATDA class today and Professor Hecat did not tolerate lateness.
Sighing I got out of bed and readied myself quickly throwing my hair up into a messy bun.
Smoothing out my skirt I grabbed my bag and made my way to the undercroft, thankfully DATDA was just above the undercroft.

My heart started to beat faster as I pulled open the hidden door.
The air always smelled a little damp and stale, spiderwebs covered the corners. A slight layer of dust had built up on the tables and chests that were splayed across the room.
My eyes examined the room where it felt like all the trouble had began.
For a moment I wondered if Ominis had brought her here yet.
Quickly shifting my mind my eyes came across a figure slumped into a chair.
His brown hair was a mess and his face looked so peaceful. It was hard to remember why I was here originally.
But last nights events replayed in my head and I kept myself from snuggling up with him.

The hidden door creaked open and Ominis walked quietly in.
