𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐕 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐒 just like she remembered. Nestled amid a dense, ancient forest, the Manor loomed with an austere elegance that spoke of a bygone era. There was no excess at the Manor. She recalled the Victorian-era building. Asymmetrical ornamentation adorned the outside and extraneous pillars around the entryway.

The walls were crafted from pristine white marble, their smooth surfaces glowing softly in the moonlight, creating a striking contrast against the dark foliage surrounding the estate. Elaborate carvings adorned the exterior, depicting scenes from myth and legend, their intricate details chiseled with masterful precision.

Extraneous pillars framed the entryway, each one a masterpiece of craftsmanship, supporting a grand portico that invited and intimidated in equal measure. The heavy oak doors, bound in wrought iron, stood resolute against the elements, their surfaces etched with symbols and runes long forgotten by most.

Ariadne could swear that only a few days had passed since she resided here. Thanks to Riddle, she had healed from the wounds when that man had attacked her at the bar.

The car's tires screeched at the rocks below them as she pulled into the driveway, the sound echoing off the marble walls of the Manor. Celestia's head rested against the window, her eyes closed in exhausted slumber. Ariadne cut off the engine and opened the door from the car as she heard shuffling from the entrance of the Manor, two soft voices talking worriedly to one another.

The demigoddess went to the other side of the car and opened the door, moving fast enough to catch Celestia Ivanshov before she fell into her arms. The seer stirred slightly, murmuring incoherently but did not wake. Ariadne held her close, her protective instincts flaring as she carried her towards the familiar sanctuary of the Manor.
