New plans were thought against Myers.

Henry picked out some flowers.

He gave them to Amari.

He gave Amari flowers everyday.

Henry was never honest about his feelings or truly sure on what he was feeling, but Henry liked Amari..

"Happy Birthday Amari." "Thank you, but my birthday isn't till Friday.." She said smiling to Henry. "I know but I thought I wouldn't see you then so.." He looked at the bracelet in his hand.. Amari was too busy putting books away in her locker. "You're not going to Mexico?" "No, I still don't have leave." Henry made an upsetting look, but he really was happy inside that Amari wasn't leaving. He handed her the bracelet he got for her as a gift and she then smiled. "I like how you smiled even before I gave you the bracelet.. Like how every time you smile when you see me.."

She smiled even bigger and did that thing with her eyes looking up at me.

"Heelix." Heelix walked over. "Has the Captain told you about our mission Friday?" "Well I assumed that's why we won't be celebrating Amari's birthday." "We're having a small get together in my house.." "Party? Heelix? Well that's kind of not you considering you don't allow anyone over.." "It's a kind gesture. Considering Amari did save my life a few times." "Many times or a few too many! Can't wait to meet your wife Heelix." Amari smiled at him and put the rest of her books in her locker.

We were at Amari's school that was one of the best in The League.

..I wasn't sure how she was affording it then.

I drove her home.

I stayed over and we ate.

I fell asleep in bed with her.

It became a daily thing when my apartment was having a roach problem..

[Mission]
We were called days early for our mission.

I walked on the jet and saw Amari first. I smiled.

This mission would be the first part of our assignment.

"How are you?" She told me she was fine. We were headed across the country to figure out why some Assassins were staying over here.

I was worried for Amari. I guess I was developing a sweet spot for her.. She had military training and all, she saved Heelix a couple times.. but that was Heelix and I was still worried for her. She was still a girl.

"Henry!" Heelix was standing right in front of me. I guess I hadn't even noticed when he walked up to me because I was still staring at Amari, now watching her eat a cracker sitting down in front of me. I was standing over her.. And maybe I was hovering. We were all nervous. This was a dangerous mission. The assassins were dangerous. They weren't rivals, but more of.. frenemies to The League.. The Assassins hadn't told the League what they were doing here in The States so we had to figure it out ourselves.

They were up to something that they kept secret. The League assigned us with a military team so we were all taking this mission very seriously.. Myers was on our ass!

I was the only one without a gun, but I had my bullet proof vest on just like everyone else. Our captain, the commander was well trained.

We made it. We were in Michigan.

(Spying on Assassins: Day One)
We were told The Assassins were hiding in empty buildings. That didn't make sense. We just had to find where they actually were, report it, and then fly back home.. And return to spy on them again in the next few days..

We only had to spy on them, but what made it dangerous was if we got caught.

It was so late. And we were just on the rooftop of a building somewhere, lying on our stomachs to stay as low as possible while keeping an eye, looking through the windows of the building across from us and checking the streets and alleyways..
