Shigaraki sighed as he paced. He had been called to a meeting this morning, but his master was nowhere in sight. He could hear some of the other young members of their league arguing over who was going to go on whatever mission was coming.

"Young master," Kurogiri called. "Your sensei wishes to see you. Bring the others."

Shigaraki whistled as he scratched at his neck. He watched the rest of their "League" walk towards him - a hodge podge of traumatized teens.

Toga - a blond psycho who had been tormented for her quirk.

Touya, who had asked to be called Dabi - the son of a hero the world thought was dead.

Keigo - a "Hero in training" who was under the control of the Commission but slipped away to hide out with them when he could. A true traitor to the hero world that disguised himself as an obedient pawn of the Commission.

The small group walked to the main area of the bar they called their home. Not one of them expected to see the two crying toddlers seated at All for One's feet.

Toga cooed and trotted over. "Such adorable dollies! Do we get to play with them?"

The green eyed boy wailed in terror. His blond companion moved in front of him.

"Leave us alone!" The red eyed boy screeched.

Toga giggled. Dabi stepped up, shoving her away with his foot.

"Leave 'em alone, you psycho," the scarred teen ordered. He looked at Shigaraki.

The blue haired teen frowned. "Master, what is this?"

All for one smiled. "This, my boy, is a gift. Your new brothers. Someone for you to mold into your successors and protectors. Not to mention, they will prove useful to our mission in the future."

Keigo stepped up, crouching in front of the boys. "Hey there," he chirped with a smile. "No one's going to hurt you here."

The blond tot didn't look convinced as his friend clung to his shirt. "Promise bird man?"

Keigo nodded. "Cross my heart. Now, do you have names?"

The braver boy puffed up his chest. "I'm Katsuki Bakugo, and this is Izuku Midoriya. We wanna go home. The bad man hurt our mommies."

Eyes turned to the villain who shrugged. "They were dying anyway," he lied. "Izuku's mother had a brain aneurysm that would have ruptured in the next week. Katsuki's mother had a bad heart."

"Huh? Mommy was sick?" Izuku turned watery eyes up to the man who had taken them.

All for one nodded grimly. "Yes, my boy. And then you would have been put with strangers who would have hurt you."

Izuku whimpered, confused. "Kacchan? Is it true?"

Katsuki's face was red with anger. "You're lying, you bad man! My mommy wasn't sick! And we would have taken Izu in if his mommy was!"

All for one crouched down and gave a seemingly kind smile. "I'm afraid society wouldn't have allowed that," he told the boy gently. "See, I have the ability to tell what someone's quirk will be. And you, my bright-eyed boy, will have a very powerful quirk."

Katsuki's eyes lit up. "Really?"

"Mmmhmmm," the man said. "But our little friend here will not. He is going to be quirkless without our help. And do you know what heroes do to those without a quirk?"

Both boys shook their heads. Behind them, the teens were also listening.

"They ignore them," All for One explained. "Izuku would be put in a home and forgotten about because he doesn't have a quirk. Children like him can become slaves and be killed because they are seen as weaker."

Izuku started crying again at the idea of being left behind. Katsuki looked hesitant.

"You can say what's on your mind," Keigo encouraged.

The blond looked at him, then back at the man before him. "What about All Might? He wouldn't let that happen."

All for One sighed sadly and motioned to the teens behind the boys. Both looked at them, Izuku sniffling as he tried to calm down.

"Your new big brother was cast out because his quirk is villainous. Poor Toga there was abused until she ran away. Touya was the child of a hero and had to fake his own death to get away from the abuse," the man explained. "And Keigo is listed as the property of the heroes. He is a thing to them."

The two boys looked at the teens, and Izuku stood, hands still clutched on Katsuki's shirt.

Watery green eyes met Shigaraki's red. "Is it true?"

Shigaraki sighed. "Yeah," he grunted. "My quirk hurt people, and they tossed me in the street."

Katsuki frowned. "Did you mean to?"

Shigaraki shook his. "No, it was an accident. "

Izuku looked at him and then hurried over, hugging his legs. "It's okay, Shiga-chan. You're a good person," the toddler cooed at him.

Shigaraki looked down at him then at his peers. "Hurt a hair on his head, and I dust you."

"Cremate you," Dabi added.

Toga giggled. "They'd never find your body. "

Keigo shook his head at the trio, who had just become enamored with a 4 year old. "I gotta head back before the Commission rats go looking. Take care, green bean."

Izuku waved a hand, still holding onto Shigaraki. Katsuki looked at Keigo, grunted, and walked over to Shigaraki. A tiny hand fisted in his pant leg as the two boys clung to someone they sort of understood.

All for one nodded and stood. "I'll leave you all to get settled. I suggest giving them a room together. I'll get you clothes for them and toys as needed. Kurogiri is in charge of their education. "

The teens nodded before Keigo headed out, and the other two moved over to study the two boys. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have the future with them to mold.
