Everyone was silent. Izuku and Katsuki looked like they were going to be sick. Toga looked jealous. Dabi was struggling not to laugh. Shigaraki turned away, disgusted on his face.
Kurogiri stepped forward. "Master, I am afraid we do not understand. What purpose will it serve to send our two young monsters into a hero school?"
All for One leaned his chin on his fist, a smirk growing. "Simple - All might is joining the school as a teacher. I suspect he is growing weaker and looking for someone to pass his quirk on to. We need to stop him before he can extend that power. What better way than to infiltrate his safe place?"
Slowly, everyone seemed to become more focused on what their master might have planned for them. All eyes focused on the screen, but none were more intense than Izuku and Katsuki's.
"Are you interested in learning the plan, my children?" All for One asked. Once every head nodded, he sat up more. "Izuku and Katsuki will be enrolled in a local middle school to help establish a school record. There will be a lot of attention drawn on our two boys."
"Why?" Shigaraki asked, nervous.
"There will be a lot of attention on your brothers because the world thinks they are dead," All for One explained. "When I saved them and brought them here all those years ago, there was an extended family that was left behind. It wasn't safe to let anyone know that our sweet children were safe with us. Society might have reacted inappropriately."
Shigaraki sneered. "Like putting Zuku in a home and forgetting about him."
"Or killing him," Toga sniffled. She moved and hugged poor Izuku, both trembling at the remembered stories they had heard in those early years when Izuku had been quirkless.
"Both very likely," All for One agreed gently. "The world frowns so strongly on those not blessed with a quirk that your brother would have suffered greatly. I have a plan to address where they have been though."
"You do?" Katsuki asked, confused.
"Yes," their master agreed. "I know that Izuku's father was unknown. A man with a fire breathing quirk who had gone out of the country for work and never returned. Correct?"
Izuku shifted and nodded, "Yes, sensei. That's what mama always said."
All for One nodded and motioned to the door behind them. It opened and a man entered. He was tall, with black hair and deep green eyes. He said nothing as he stood near the back, just watching them. The group moved to essentially block Izuku from view glaring at the man.
"Chill out," the man spat. "This is just a job for me. I ain't here to hurt you brats."
All for One chuckled. "He owes me a favor. He is going to pose as Izuku's father when needed. Your story will be that his father had returned to town and took you both in when he found you wander the streets after the attack. News reports linked your mothers' deaths with the villain attack. To protect you both, he left town and raised you in America. You've returned, however, because you both want to become heroes to avenge your mothers."
Izuku looked uncomfortable. "But...I don't want to be a hero. They're selfish and power hungry, and they don't care if other people get hurt."
"Why the hell would I want to play hero? Society would have put my ass on a pedestal and dropped the nerd off of a cliff," Katsuki spat. "It tortured the burnt chicken and psycho. It wrote crusty man off. I'd rather be the number one villain before a hero."
"All of that is understood," All for One explained. "However, if we are to bring about the fall of the hero society, we need to remove it's number one hero."
"Ass might," Katsuki spat. Izuku giggled, taking in his hand into his own. Their siblings smirked at the nickname, proud of their youngest brothers.
"Precisely," All for One agreed. "And the best way to do that?"
Izuku perked up. "Get close to him!"
"So that's why you want us as UA," Katsuki stated. "But why not just have us wait for their dumbass entrance exams?"
Dabi had caught on. "Get their attention. If you two suddenly show up at the exams, you could get lost in the pageantry. If you two show up at a middle school and the media gets word - it's going to make you more enticing for them."
Izuku frowned. "So we have to be in the public eye for a year before we're even stuck around hero students?"
"Unfortunately, yes," All for One sighed. "We need the heroes to notice you both before we can move forward. Let them welcome you both with open arms and spill their secrets to two innocent, rescued boys. You can continue to be the best of friends, but I want Izuku to present himself as quirkless."
Izuku tensed, turning to hide his face in Katsuki's shoulder. The blond sneered. "Fuck that! Izuku has a quirk and those damn extras can know about it!"
All for One waved his hand. "Calm down Katsuki. It will be okay. Izuku will be able to show off when he gets to the test. But we need to keep up the appearance that he is weaker than you and the others."
Katsuki looked pissed, but Shigaraki stepped in. "Master, perhaps instead of being quirkless he can focus on people knowing about Tracker? It is a simple, mundane quirk to the world. He can play up its weaknesses and still look like someone who wouldn't fare well."
The man considered it. Then, I finally nodded. "If it will make you feel better. Izuku will be registered with the quirk of Tracker, but be sure to use it sparingly.'
Izuku sniffled, nodding. He didn't look forward to being 'weak' at a school. He remembered, faintly, their shirt time at the nursery they'd been saved from. Others had been so cruel to him because he was so shy. Katsuki tightened his arm around his shoulders.
"Put us in the same class," the blond demanded.
"Now, Katsuki, I can't risk you losing your temper if-" All for a one started.
"I won't, " Katsuki interrupted. "Not if he's with me. I've always been an angry guy, so attitude from me won't be abnormal, but I'll be damned if the nerd has to pretend to be weak and can't fight back against those numbnuts."
Dabi and Shigaraki smirked, proud of their brothers as Toga gently played with Izuku's hair. She was trying to reassure him he was safe.
"Very well," All for One agreed. "I shall ensure you two wind up in the same class, but I can not promise the same when you get into UA."
The two boys nodded in understanding. Shigaraki frowned, but didn't dispute the choices.
"Now, you two will come and go from your 'father's' home. Kurogiri will open warp gates for you each time, unless you notify him not to." All for One seemed to look toward the man he'd hired. "You will attend functions as I deem necessary. Is that clear?"
The man waved if off. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. So long as they don't trash the place, I don't give a damn."
The two boys looked uncertain, but they didn't question. They stood in silence as Kurogiri was given a list of items they would need to become "students" at the chosen school. Dabi was told what documents needed to suddenly appear and where to go find them. Shigaraki was tasked with helping his brothers' memorize their new history. Toga was tasked with pretending to "bully" Izuku so Katsuki could practice not turning deadly...and so Izuku could practice being the victim.
It would take a few weeks, but All for One assured them it would be worth it.
