Eri being shoved into his arms was the only thing that calmed Katsuki down. The blond clung to his baby sister, whispering to sooth her tears. She kept apologizing for not being able to help Izuku.

"Eri, sweetheart, it isn't your fault," Momo cooed softly as she crouched beside Bakugo's desk. "You're at a hero school. No one should be treating anyone like that."

Eri sniffled as she clung to Katsuki. The blond offered a small smile towards his classmate.

The door opened and everyone tensed.  Mirio led Amajiki and Todoroki into the classroom and shut the door.  Eri and Katsuki sat up, both wide eyed and worried.

"President Mic has him," Mirio assured.   "And Aizawa-Senesi was there too with Thirteen and Principal Nedzu."

"What happened?" Denki asked.  "Eri just said that someone was being mean."

Todoroki sat down at his desk.  "A third year was holding Midoriya by the collar and calling him Nedzu's pet project."

Katsuki growled low in his throat as Eri whimpered.   The growl stopped as Katsuki muttered, "Sorry, kiddo."

Eri shook her head, sniffling.  "No.  That's what the bad man called him all the time.   He always called him his pet or pet project.   He insisted on calling him mouse to make him believe it more."

Todoroki's eyes darkened.  "Should hit him myself."

Kirishima perked up.  "Oh?  Who got a hit in?  Is he still available for a few more?"

Amajiki blushed and ducked behind Mirio as the blond laughed.   "Our resident shy boy is who hit him.   I saw it as I was leading the other teachers to them.   It was an awesome hit.  Knocked him right out.  He woulda been on the floor if not for 'Roki's ice."

"Turn him into a popsicle, Icyhot?" Katsuki snickered, starting to relax at knowing so many 'heroes' were happy to enact violence on their part.

"Should have covered his mouth too," Todoroki said calmly.

Before the conversation could continue, there was a knock at the door.   Uraraka opened the door, breathing a sigh of relief when they saw Hizashi there with a sleepy Izuku in his arms.   Momo took Eri from Katsuki's lap to allow the blond teacher to deposit the green haired teen in his boyfriend's arms.

"Hey nerd," Katsuki said softly, nuzzling his forehead.

"Puppy," Izuku mumbled, turning his face into Katsuki's neck and shoulder.

"We got you," Katsuki assured, arms securely around his other half.   He looked at his adoptive father.

"Lost his license, is expelled, facing charges," Hizashi assured calmly.   "And our entire family has the week off if we want it, though something tells me you're gonna want to talk to the big man on campus about that week.   Your dad already sent me a message hinting at the chaos that's coming."

Katsuki frowned, but just sat in silence as he continued to offer silent comfort to the boy in his arms.  He watched the adult turn and issue everyone off to get lunch, including asking Kirishima to run back a tray for Katsuki if he wouldn't mind.   Momo handed the teary Eri off to her papa and left with the class, Kirishima promising something spicy for his friend.  Hizashi took up Hitoshi's seat, letting Eri reach a hand out to touch Izuku.

Green eyes turned to look at his little sister and he smiled.  "Eri...protect?"

Eri blushed and nodded.   "Sorry I couldn't do more, big brother."

Izuku reached out a hand and took hers in his.   "Eri...brave...strong...good."

The little girl smiled, happy her brother was doing so much better.  It was only a moment or so later when Aizawa entered, tray containing an exact copy of their lunches...but with an extra slice of cake.
