CHAPTER 4

Chapter 4: She's an exemption

Mamayang 11 AM pa next class ko. Saan ako pupunta ngayon? Zach is with his 'love of his life' daw so I need to be independent for now.

He never told me about it. It's not that I have to know everything but there's some part of me na nalulungkot if there is something about Zach that I didn't knew.

I'll just go to Zach's office muna. May sariling office kasi ang Student Council President and Vice President. Unfair noh? Dapat sa lahat na lang. Pero meron din namang office para sa lahat talaga ng council.

Anyways. Nakapasok na din ako doon kahit before pa ako naging official student dito. Though hindi madalas pero mga ilang beses din naman 'yon.  Bawal kasi ang outsider dito except kapag may event na open for everyone kaya patago ako kung pumunta. Minsan sasabay lang ako kay Zach whenever I want to go here.

As I walk towards the office. Marami ang napapatingin sa akin. I'm used to it pero I really don't like it pa rin. Base from their reactions I know they recognized me.

"Woah, si idol dito nag-aaral?" Sabi noong lalaking medyo payat at nakasuot ng eyeglasses. So my nerds din pala dito? Parang sa mga nababasa ko lang na stories.

Yeah. I read books din naman.

"Ang ganda niya talaga!" A guy with a forced bad boy look kunyari, tss.

"Akala ko green 'yong mata niya? Contact lens lang ba 'yon?" I heard from a girl with blonde hair at parang may crisis sa tela 'yong suot.

"What a fake one, famewhore." Sabi ng kasama ni blonde hair girl. I turned at her direction and raised my eyebrow.

She looks terrified at dali-daling tumalikod. Takot naman pala eh. Though I don't care about what she thinks of me. I know my worth and standards.

I continue walking and flipped my hair.

"OMG! May mas gaganda pa pala kay Ms. Maegan? Grabe, I can't believe it"

"Oo nga. Ang swerte niya."

"Sounds interesting, mukhang maiitsapwera ang famewhore na Maegan na iyon."

Wait! Did they intend to let me hear all of those nonsense things? Mukhang nagbubulungan sila but I can clearly hear them.

And what? I came here to study and to be with Zach too. I don't want anything from what Maegan had. Ginagawa nila akong panabong, tss.

I finally reached the office at pumasok na agad. It's quite spacious here. Swerte ni Bruha. Pasalampak akong umupo sa couch. May nakita akong dalawang table maybe yung isa yung kay Zach at sa vice president naman yung isa may mga couches sa right corner nito and a mini library. May aircon din dito, it's very relaxing.

I still have 1 hour and 40 minutes so matutulog muna siguro ako.

I was about to lay down and sleep peacefully but suddenly the door opened at iniluwa no'n si Zach... together with Maegan? Really? Kailan pa sila naging ganiyan ka close? Dapat na ba akong magselos niyan? I cringe about that. As if.

"Airah?" Gulat niyang sabi.

"Hi? Do you two have something important to do? Okay, I'll leave now." I said baka kasi makaisturbo pa ako.
