I have always dreamed about getting my own best friend
Having my person to hang out with all the time
Having my person to get lunch with
Having my person spend hours on hours just talking
Never run out of things to talk about
Being present and being so caring and noticing me and my little quirks
Knowing everything about me
Getting me gifts or giving me a Bible verse as a reminder to help me through the day
Asking and wanting to hang out with me and how my day is going
Always pray for someone to care about me genuinely
And I can gladly say
I have found my person
I have found the person who I can see being a part of my present and future
I can see us growing old together
I can see us growing together and doing life together
I have never had that before
It feels weird but it makes me beyond happy
I have found the friendship that I have been praying for
I have found it and I couldn't be more happy
I'm happy to see how God is going to use her
I'm happy to be by her side
I'm happy to have gotten to know her
It has been a privilege and I am honored to call her my friend
Her loyalty, her trust, her kindness, her courage to stick by my side
She pushes me to become a better person, pushes me to get out of my comfort zone
And is always proud of my accomplishments
I'm beyond grateful for her and everything she has done for me
I have found an aunt for my children
The person I want to support no matter what life throws at her and I
I will be there for her
I can never thank God enough for giving me such a loving and God-fearing friend!!
