Chapter 26

Jenice Claire's POV

I woke up in the morning in my bed from a good night sleep, back here in my room where i slept for years, nandito na talaga ako sa bahay namin and everything seems to go back to normal

I get out of my room and went straight to the kitchen for breakfast, later na ako maliligo kase may bonding session na naman kami nila Jade at Fretche

After akong umuwi last night ay nakapag-usap lang kami ng ilang sandali at baka ngayong gabi ay mas makapag-usap kami nila mommy and Jeff, agad akong pinapasok sa kwarto where i can still see my phone two days ago

It was still in the position where i left it and hindi ito ginalaw o pinakialaman, good!

I quickly messaged Jade and Fretche through our group chat and i posted on to all of my social media accounts na unuwi na ako sa bahay namin safe and sound

Walang gasgas or maybe may slight lang na fever that's been under control, and hindi na ako nagbigay ng time para magbasa ng comments ng posts ko, i know they have different reactions, some of them will get angry, some of them will be glad dahil umuwi na nga ako after being lost for two days

Isa pa, Wow! Ang daming taong naghahanap sakin ha, dalawang araw pa akong nawala at nandito lang ako sa lugar namin naglayas at hindi umalis sa lugar, but still they didn't find me, sayang ang two million pesos na reward ni mommy because it was only Pedro who found me

I was welcomed to their home when i needed a temporary place to stay, he took care of me hanggang sa makauwi na ako sa bahay namin, char! Nakakakilig na ba? Well, ako, hindi! But still thankful pa rin ako dahil dumating siya sa buhay ko--- eme, just kidding!

I arrived at the kitchen and to my surprise, i see Yaya Esterlina cooking something, it was for my breakfast, her best dish, yummy chopsuey

"Good morning, yaya", i greeted her as if hindi ako naglayas two days ago, bakit? Nakauwi naman ako and that's more important

"Salamat po sa Diyos at umuwi na po kayo maam", she felt a sigh of relief looking at me, for sure alam na nila yun since last night

"Na-miss kita yaya", i said these words from my mind, na-miss ko talaga siya, "Kami rin po maam, eh kahit dalawang araw lang po kayong umalis ang dami pong nangyari sa bahay", she replied leaving me a question to her mind

"Nasaan po si mommy?", I question to her, "Ay, umalis po sila ng maaga maam may pupuntahan daw sila", she answers and i think it's time to continue the conversation

"Alam mo po maam, labis talaga ang pag-aalala ng mommy mo sa iyo, at pati na si Jeff", she started to which i nodded to her, "Hindi na po sila makatulog sa sobrang pag-alala sayo, pati na rin kami, inutusan talaga kami na maghanap sayo buong araw, sinisisi na nga rin ni Jeff ang sarili niya dahil naglayas ka", Yaya continued the conversation which gave me the chance to see their sacrifices and hard work just to find me

And i realized na they love me so much pala, they care at me and they are concern about me, it makes me even happier hearing what Yaya said, "Ginawa talaga nila ang lahat maam para mahanap ka", she ended talking for a while habang niluluto ang chopsuey sa aming non-stick pan na nakapatong sa stove na may oven sa ibaba

"And finally, i'm home", i said to her, breaking the silence and keeping the conversation alive

"Sino po yung naghatid sa inyo kagabi maam? Boyfriend nyo po ba yun?", She asked, i was supposed to be happy to answer her question pero crap! Bakit may boyfriend? Nevermind

"No, he's actually a friend of mine", i answered her question and maybe share something sa dalawang araw na paglalayas ko, buti nalang talaga ha hindi ako napagalitan and wait, kinuha kaya ni Pedro ang two million?
