Sumasakit ang ulo ko sa babaeng 'yon. Matapos kasi na iwanan ko siya ulit sa shop kung saan kami huling pumunta ay saka naman na nakasunod pa rin ito sa amin.

I invited Monica to a restaurant to eat at para na rin maiwasan siya, pero hindi ko alam ang tumatakbo sa isip niya at sumunod din sa amin. She's at a distance, tho. Hindi ito dumidikit sa amin pero halatang sinusundan kami.

Alam ko na kahit si Monica ay nahahalata ito pero mabuti na lang at hindi na siya nagkumento pa. I just forced myself to ignore her presence until I decided to go home.

Napabuntong hininga na lang ako habang inaayos ang pagkakasuot ng sandals ko. Para tuloy pinagsisisihan ko na pumayag ako kay Monica na sumama sa night out nila lalo na at nandoon din si Verra. I just can't completely understand why she is acting like that. Ayoko rin umasa.

Pero wala rin naman akong magagawa kung hindi ang pumunta. I already said 'yes' and I should be true to my words.

I hailed a taxi dahil hindi pa rin ako nakakabili ng kotse. But I am planning to buy a new one maybe tomorrow or next week. It's a good thing that Papa suggested a known car dealership.

I gave the taxi driver the address forwarded to me by Monica. Mahigit 20 minutes din ang inabot bago makarating sa lugar na iyon.

I was greeted by dim lights as I walked inside. Mellow music is also playing in the background. This is a good place. It's cozy.

Nang may dumaan na crew ay nagtanong ako kung saan ang VIP area. He pointed the direction, and from here, I can already see Monica. I thanked him and proceeded to that area.

Habang palapit ako nang palapit ay hindi ko maiwasan na kabahan. I just hope that this will not be an awkward night.

I roamed my eyes and saw no familiar faces aside from Monica. Tila medyo nakahinga ako nang maluwag na wala akong nakita na kakilalang kaibigan ni Verra. No Yaran and Elisia. Or is this a different group of friends?

Monica welcomed me, while the other girls gave me a smile. They seem sociable, kaya naman ngumiti rin ako pabalik sa kanila.

"Girls, this is Celestiea, my new friend." Pagpapakilala sa akin ni Monica sa limang babae na nandito.

Ipinakilala sila ni Monica isa-isa. They are Serica, Kia, Addyson, Allira, and Cyne. Hindi ko maiwasan na hindi sila pagmasdan. They all look pretty, rich, and classy.

They all greeted me with a smile. Allira even steps closer to me for a beso.

Naupo ako sa tabi ni Monica at pasimpleng bumulong sa kanya.

"Will there be someone else coming?"

Medyo hindi pa rin kasi mapanatag ang loob ko dahil baka mamaya biglang dumating si Yaran o Elisia.

"I think we are just waiting for Verra."

"How about Y-Yaran or Elisia?" Tanong ko ulit sa kanya.

"Oh, you know them pala. They said they are not coming. The girls are not on good terms with Yaran, while Elisia, I heard she is currently in Singapore." Paliwanag niya.

Parang nabunutan ako ng tinik sa nalaman. Thank goodness. I don't need to deal with them, especially Yaran.

The girls had already ordered light alcohol drinks and foods. They talked about random things, and I can say that this is not bad at all. It is refreshing for me to be around girls. Dati kasi ay napipilitan akong makihalubilo mostly sa mga lalaki kapag may mga events.
