💌 Sleep (Aizawa x Reader)

It was so warm under your body, the closeness so comforting. He had never been more relaxed.

Mindlessly, his hand played with your hair. The sound of your breathing, in sync with his own. He couldn't help but smile at how peaceful you looked lying on top of him.

You stirred slightly in his arms, opening one eye. "Shota, are you okay?" You asked sleepily, looking up at him.

"I'm fine." He reassured you, his hand fell back to your waist. Inhaling sharply as you nuzzled closer against him. He leaned down and pressed a soft kiss against your forehead.

"I love you." He murmured, closing his eyes.

You stayed quiet for a moment before whispering softly back, "I love you too." And then you closed your eyes again, falling back asleep without saying anything else.

The rest of the night passed quickly in the same way. He watched over you, kissing your head every once in a while as he held you close to him.

When the sun began to rise and light filled the room, your eyelids fluttered open slowly.

"Good morning." You smiled up at him, stretching lazily.

"Good morning, yourself." He replied, gently rubbing circles on your lower back.

"Mmm.." You hummed appreciatively, leaning forward to press your lips against his neck. "What time is it?"

"About 8 am. It's still early, though." He said, pulling you closer, nuzzling his face into your hair.

You could feel him grinning against your skin as you leaned up and kissed his lips lightly. He wrapped an arm around you, holding you close as he pulled the blanket up higher around both of you.

You snuggled in closer, the warmth from his body surrounding you like a comfortable hug.

"Just a little longer." He promised you, "We can get out of bed soon."

You nodded happily, smiling as you rested your cheek against his chest. As you lay there, you heard his heart beating loudly, sending shivers down your spine.

For some reason, it made you feel incredibly safe, as you we're slowly lulled back to sleep.
