Ominis leaned his head down a bit to kiss the top of Diane's curly hair, smiling as she continued to read gently against him while they lay back on the couch. It was a lazy day, and he was grateful for some time to just relax and unwind after the chaos of London and everything that had happened lately.
He rather liked the feeling of the sun casting a warm beam over them through the window, making him smile lazily as he heard the door open.
"Bloody hell it's warm out there today." Sebastian huffed as he walked back into the house after shopping, setting bags of food into the kitchen and grumbling while he rummaged around and put them away.
"It is," Diane agreed with a weary sigh. "I'm so glad I still had a sundress here from last summer, though it's a bit tight." She pouted.
"You won't find me complaining." Ominis chuckled, knowing exactly where it was tight, a hand slipping up to cup one of her breasts gently.
"I bet not." She giggled in amusement against him.
Sebastian came into the room and stopped at the sight of them, Diane laying back against Ominis with the top few buttons of her dress undone, leaving it loose around her neckline so her cleavage showed more. Ominis had his shirt partially unbuttoned too, his blond hair held back in a tie as he leaned his head against the back of the couch.
"I love summer." Sebastian muttered, unbuttoning his shirt and leaving it open as he walked over to join them. He crawled down to lean against Diane, smiling as he felt her breath catch at the feel of him against her as he lay against her front.
He rested his head in the valley between her breasts, letting out a deep contented sigh as he wrapped his arms around her, a hand resting against Ominis on the other side of her.
"I'm about to just cast a glacius spell on the whole house." Ominis chuckled, but smiled when Sebastian ran a hand along his belly, reaching down to rest his hand on top of it.
"Then it would be too cold." Diane chuckled, imagining how frosty it would suddenly be.
"I suppose." Ominis sighed wearily.
"Did you guys hear about the carnival?" Sebastian grinned against Diane.
"Carnival?" She raised her head eagerly.
Ominis and Sebastian both chuckled in amusement at how excited she was.
"Do you want to go to the carnival, sweet?" Ominis said softly, kissing her hair again.
"I've never been to one." She said softly.
"Never?" Sebastian balked in shock.
"I haven't either." Ominis admitted sheepishly.
"Well, damn. We're definitely going." Sebastian said firmly. "It's fun, there's cotton candy and games, and rides... we can ride the Ferris wheel-"
"Isn't that really high up?" Ominis asked anxiously.
"We'll be there with you, Ominis. You sit in a carriage on the Ferris wheel so you won't be alone." Sebastian said reassuringly.
"I'm looking forward to the games." Diane said happily. "Is it in Hogsmeade or Kilin?"
"Hogsmeade, luckily." Sebastian grinned. "So a Wizard carnival."
Ominis sighed in relief, glad he'd be able to have his wand out for the carnival.
"When is it?" Diane asked, running her fingers through Sebastian's hair and chuckling as he sagged against her from the soothing touch.
"Mmm next weekend." He said lazily.
