"HEY DUDE, seems like we're in a good mood, huh?" Gab greeted as soon as she sat beside Noah after their Professor exited the room, Gab even look at him intently like she was checking him out and proving that he really is in a good state. "I wasn't here yesterday and just earlier the moment I entered the University, I clearly heard some students gossiping about you dating someone. So, Did everything turned out well? You two are in that pace already?" She asked with a teasing smile plastered on her face that didn't bother Noah at all.

Noah shrugged his shoulder and answered nonchalantly. "Yeah, so far so good."

The news really spread faster than Noah expected, it's not that it bothers him, he just couldn't understand why people love sticking their noses in to others businesses. Why can't they just mind their own business and leave him alone?

Even Naih keep on pestering him, asking who's he seeing ever since yesterday and it's starting to annoy the hell out of him. If he ever told Naih that he's dating Callen, Noah can already see his sister making a fuss knowing that Callen is still not in a good term with his sisters. Though Callen's relationship with his sisters somehow improve compared to the past few years but still, Noah could tell that Callen still need time for him to get back to the way he used to be like before.

His relationship with Callen is not a secret, there's no way he'll keep Callen in the dark. Though they're still considering some possibilities, after all it's already in human nature to judge someone easily. And also Noah and Callen are not the type of person who will run around and tell everyone about their relationship.

It's true that the opinion of other people are really scary— the way they see them, the way they view what kind of relationship they have, the way they talk behind their back, the way how disgusted they are and so on— that somehow made Noah question himself if he really did the right thing. But since he is Noah, of course he ended up believing his choice and no matter where his choice leads him, he'll just ready himself to accept the consequences. What matters now is his happiness and as long as they're not hurting anyone.

He has Callen by his side, whatever the world throw at them, they'll face it together. 

"So you two are official, huh? Since when? As far as I remember you were still in a state of avoiding him, what made you change?" Tanong nito na may kasama pang mapanuring tingin sa kanya.

What made him change? Nothing changed actually, he just came to a realization. He woke up from a long in denial state.

Noah sigh and Gab witness how Noah's face soften with a little smile on his lips. And by just seeing that, Noah doesn't need to answer, Gab could already tell.

But to Gab surprised, Noah did answer her.

"I love him, Gab." Noah said affectionately, even his voice become softer compared to his usual cold voice. "I don't even know how or when did I started falling for him because ever since we were kids I used to believe that what I felt for him is just insecurities. I was insecure because he had everything— he's strong, smart, hard working, a great fighter— he's almost perfect while me on the other hand couldn't even reach his level because I'm honestly weak. All along I tried my best to be like him— to reach his level, I thought I was just insecure to him, I didn't even realized that I already fell for him because of that insecurities. I was just thankful that I realized it before it becomes too late, I'm done avoiding him, Gab. I've been doing that for how many years, now isn't it our chance to pay for the time we've wasted?"

Gab chuckle and shook her head then patted Noah's shoulder. "You're whipped." Gab commented. "You got it hard, dude." She added and genuinely smile at Noah. "But I'm happy for you. If something troubles you, feel free to talk to me."
