Chapter 17

- Next Day - 

Y/N's POV

Today I work for a bit of time it is not going to be too long of a day but it is not going to be short either. I think it is going to be a good day because I get to work with Livvy.

"I think this is going to be a good day." I say to myself tryna hype myself up for the day

"You are going to have a wonderful day." Robin says but standing behind me 

"I know I just I hate having to hype myself up each day." I say but looking in the mirror 

"Then let me do it for you I could be a good hype man for you." Robin says 

"I know you could be but sometimes I do not want to bug you my love." I say but with a chuckle 

"I am not being bothered.. I love being your hype man." Robin says but kissing my head 

"Aww you do?" I ask

"Yes, but you do not even have to ask me to hype you up. We can just do this every single day." Robin says but looking at me in the mirror 

"That would be nice." I say but looking in the mirror 

"How long until you have to get going?" Robin asks 

"Right about now would be the time I have to get going." I say

"Well - you are going to have an amazing day and everyone is going to be so amazing to you." Robin says 

I give him a kiss then head downstairs and get my stuff together.

"How long is your shift today?" He asks 

"It is 6 hours so I should be home in like 7 or so." I say

"Mmm, this is going to be a long day without you. For once I do not have a lot of things to do today." Robin says 

"You will find something to do with your time." I say but kissing his cheek

"I love you baby." Robin says 

"I love you too my love." I say 

I head out the door and head on over to work.

"Hey girl." Liv says as I walk in the door 

"Oh my god hey! I did not know you worked today." I say but smiling 

"Yes, I am so glad you work today too." Liv says 

I go over to my station and get my things in order.

"I think this is going to be a simple day if I say so myself. We do not have an overload of bookings but we do take walk ins today." Liv says 

"Hmm, okay. How has your morning been?" I ask but getting everything in check

"It has been good- how has your morning been?" She asks 

"It has been good as well." I say but with a smile 

"How is life going in general?" She asks 

"It is going rather well to be honest I could not dare to complain." I say

"Makes sense and honestly same here. I think it is nice to be able to have a life where you can't complain but of course it is not the best. A little bit of ups and downs in life is good." Liv says 

"You have a point." I say

"Of course I do - also has it been hanging out with Lucas?" She asks 

"Oh it has been nice to hang out with him more often. We had not been hanging out together for a bit of time but now it is more often than none." I say

"How is Robin taking it?" Liv asks 

"He got jealous for a bit but now he is more calm with the idea of me having friends again." I say

"Oh right because it had just been you two for so long and now your friends are back in the picture, huh?" She asks 

"Yeah but men are weird that way so I kind of have accepted the idea of him being jealous every now and then." I say

"Do you think he is going to be jealous a lot or do you think he is fully over it?" She asks 

"I think he is finally over it but you know how men works. They are the kind of people who will bring up something every time you turn around." I say

"Right and I think the idea of finding the right guy who will not do that it is kind of impossible. Do you think I will ever find the right guy for me?" She asks 

"One of these days your king will come right in the door. I think it is going to be nice to see how he walks into your life so easy when you are not paying attention." I say

"I think the idea of being in love with someone is a beautiful thing." She says 

"It is once you find your person - it is a magical moment in time that happens." I say

"I wish my person would come walking in through that door like right now." She says 

A guy walks in the door.

"Hi I am here for my appointment with Liv." A guy says at the front desk

"Oh my lord - I will be in heaven if you need me." Liv whispers to me 

Liv walks over and helps the guy who is at the front desk.

I get to work at my station and taking walk ins and my clients as they come in.

"I think this is going to be a good day." I say but looking at another co-worker

"It will be." Liam says but looking at me 

Liam was another one of my co-workers.

"I think this is the best place to work you know." I say

"I think so too it is kind of nice to work in a chill place where you know everyone and everyone knows you." Liam says but with a smile 

"What do you think we are going to have to do over the next few days?" I ask

"I have no idea but it is going to be interesting to find out what we do these next few days." Liam says
