Chapter 80

- Skips to the following week it is December 15th - 

Y/N's POV

Today is a Friday and I am going to be hanging out with Lucas. I hung out with Liv at the end of last week which was so much fun. My brothers left to go back home yesterday which is kind of sad but it is okay. We made some more plans to meet up to visit our grandparents in the states. I think it is going to be a lot of fun to be able to do something like that.

"I think it is good you are getting more into hanging out with your family and then of course Liv and Lucas being back in your life." Robin says 

"Well they were not out of my life but it more was not being around as often. I think it is insane how long it was." I say

"I know I never thought you guys would be meeting up again. It got me worried you know." Robin says 

"I think it is going to be nice going to breakfast with Lucas." I say

"I hope you two have a lot of fun with your food adventure. I have to be in the studio to do some more recording so I am going to be busy for a bit of time." Robin says 

"Ah, okay. So with just you or are the boys going to be joining you?" I ask

"Just Maurice is going to be there so it is going to be nice." Robin says 

"Well that is good and I think I better get going. Luca and I should be meeting up in like 20 mins." I say

"Alright then be careful." Robin says but giving me a kiss 

"Always and same goes for you." I say but heading out the door 

We would part ways and I would meet up with Lucas.

"Hey." Lucas says but looking over at me 

"Hey long time no see stranger." I say but walking over to him and giving him a hug 

"I know how long has it been?" Lucas asks but in a joking manner 

"Shoot I have no idea to be honest with you." I say but with a chuckle 

"All I know is we need to plan more of these little days out. I think it is kind of interesting how many things change in such short periods of time." Lucas says 

We would get seated and look over the menu.

"I know like what has been going on in your life lately?" I ask

"Oh you know just some different things got some things going on with music and then of course some competitive things going on." Lucas says 

"Like what?" I ask

"Well as you know I got into the race car driving scene so it is kind of cool to be able to do those kind of things." Luca says 

"You sure are brave doing those kinds of things." I say but looking at the menu

"Heck I figured I am young I might as well live it up while I can you know?" Lucas says 

"Well yeah that does make a lot of sense. How is it going with it?" I ask

"Ooo, it is super fun and a lot harder to prepare for than I thought it would be but you know that kind of is how life goes in the first place." Lucas says 

We would both order some drinks.

"I think it is cool how you got into those kind of things. And then how is it going with your music?" I ask

"It is going pretty well you know writing more and more each day." Lucas says 

"Always fun to write some new pieces." I say

"Yess, so how is it going for you in life?" Lucas asks 

"Just trying to find the perfect job." I say

"Do you think you have found the one yet or do you think you need more time to look around and kind of experience different kinds of work places?" Lucas asks 

"I think I might be settled on this one salon place. They seem to be nice and have some real nice workers. And I did meet the manager recently after an interview so it might be the place for me." I say

"Then that is good. I think finding the perfect job is hard but you seem to be working with it very nicely." Lucas says 

We would order our food and then wait for our food to be brought to the table.

"So how is you and Robin?" Lucas asks 

"We are doing good. We have been married for almost two years now which is kind of insane to be thinking about. 1984 is right around the corner which is going to be one heck of a year." I say

"Oh I bet it seems to have a lot of nice things in store for many. Do you have plans for this Christmas?" Lucas asks 

"Me and Robin are just going to be chilling with his brothers and parents." I say

"I think it is interesting how his parents live in London and yours do not." Lucas says 

"I know my parents were going to move to London but then they thought it would be too much of them around. Which I do not see why it would be but you know how it goes." I say

"Maybe it was something more deep as to why they chose not to move here to London. I think London is a wonderful place to be all truth." Lucas says 

Our food would arrive and we would begin eating.

"I think it is a nice place to be too and  they seemed to like it the times they have been here but you know how it goes." I say

"Maybe it is just easier knowing they is in America and closer to the rest of your family." Lucas 

"You might honestly be right when you say that." I say
