Chapter 51

- Next Day - 

Y/N's POV

It is so early this morning to be awake but I think it is my own fault we were asleep before like 8 last night. I think it is kind of interesting how the time of night you to to sleep affects when you wake up. Like right now it is 5am which is fine cause I have work at like 8 but that just gives me some extra time this morning to get ready.

I would get up and get ready for work. Robin was still sleeping he looks so peaceful. Then I would head down to the kitchen and making some breakfast for us. Soon behind me I would hear foot steps and it would be Robin.

"Mmm, good morning my love." Robin says but walking into the kitchen 

"Good morning baby. How did you sleep?" I ask

"I slept good, how did you sleep?" Robin asks but leaning against the counter 

"Good." I say but finishing up the breakfast and plating it 

"Whatever you made smells so good." Robin says 

"I made some eggs and bacon." I say

"No wonder it smells so good." Robin says 

"Well I made you some." I say 

We both sit down and eat our breakfast.

"I did not realize how early it was until just now." Robin says but looking at the clock

"I know that is why I was wondering why you got up so early with me." I say but finishing up my breakfast

Robin finishes his breakfast.

"I think it is okay to be up this early. I think we woke up a bit early." Robin says 

"Yeah, we woke up early." I say

"How long have you been up for my love?" He asks 

"I have been up since about 5 or so which is not so bad but you know it is kind of early." I say

"That is rather early since now is 6 you know." Robin says 

"Yeah, I know and I am not too sure if we are going to be going to sleep it will not be as early as it was last night." I say

"I think so too that is kind of what affected it all." Robin says 

We clean up our dishes.

"I wonder how many people wake up this early for things to do." I say

"I think there is so many people for different kind of jobs who did that kind of thing. I think it is interesting to see the kinds of people and the jobs people do." Robin says 

"I know." I say but going back upstairs to finish getting ready

Robin follows behind me like my little shadow.

"I wonder what it would be like to work your job for a few days just to see what you do on a daily." Robin says 

"I would love for you to be doing my job but there is no way you could." I say but with a chuckle 

"I know but it would be fun since you know you could do my job but I cannot do yours." Robin says 

"I do not think I could do your job since I have no idea what to do with music stuff. Music is cool and stuff but I am not too sure how well I would be able to do it." I say

"Like I said things are interesting you see other people doing their jobs and wonder if you could do their job but then it is like no I do not think so. There is some jobs that take more skill than others." Robin says 

"I am so confused how we got on this topic of conversation but we did." I say but with a chuckle and prepping my bag for the day

"How long is your shift today?" Robin asks 

"It is like a 6 hour shift which is kind of nice because it is a normal shift and not an over long one." I say but putting my bag on the bed 

"Okay, so if you go in at 8 you will be back around like 2." Robin says 

"Yeah, that is right. I think it is going to be nice." I say

Robin looks at me but smiles.

"Why do you like smiling at me like that?" I ask but looking back at him

"I think it is nice to look at you." Robin says but kissing my cheek

I smile

"I would say the same for you." I say but booping his nose 

"By the way it is like 7 now if you were curious on the time." Robin says 

"Oh wow a lot of time has passed already. Man time is going by in the blink of an eye I am so curious how the world has not spun off its own axis by this time." I say

"I mean you never know it could one of these days but then again I am not too sure if it would be possible for that to even happen." Robin says 

"I don't know I am not too into the idea of science but it could be fun to read more science based things. Maybe we should go to the book store later when I get home or something." I say

"I think that could be good we could use some new books around." Robin says 

"Yeah, it has been a bit of time since we have picked up a good book and I think it is time for us to do so." I say

"I would agree you know sometimes people do not read enough and I think this is one of those examples." Robin says 

"I mean we read but not like we used to. But then again we also used to be less busy than we are now." I say

"Yeah, that is true. Time has gotten away from us at this time." Robin says 

"I think life is interesting that way you do things but then later on you do different things." I say

"Isn't that just how life is?" Robin asks 

"I suppose so." I say
