Chapter 146

- Few Days Later - 

Y/N's POV

My mom and dad would be coming in soon which is kind of interesting. When they are in town it is kind of interesting to see how different life can be when they are here. My mom always likes to think about the things I could be doing different in life. I think it is nice to think about the things she says but sometimes I do not know if I can take them to heart.

"I think it is nice your mom and dad will be coming into town and maybe it could be interesting." Robin says 

"I don't know I just hope my mom is just not like willing to say things she should not be saying." I say

"I know sometimes parents think they know what is best for you but it is not true." Robin replies 

"I don't know why some people think they have the right words and things but they do not have the right things." I say

"Sometimes they can be interesting but also kind of annoying." Robin replies 

"I love my mom but since becoming a mom she is kind of changing in how she treats me." I say

"I know she should not have changed just because you are a mother now. She is a mom and I think she would like to be treated just the same." Robin replies 

"I know I don't know why people think they can switch up on you when it comes to how life changes you in the smallest ways." I say

"I guess she does not think it is a small way for you becoming a mom. However, I just think it is best to not take her words to heart." He replies 

"I feel like I can't say I do not take them to heart but I surely do take at least a bit of it to heart." I say

"Maybe try not to think too much about how she speaks to you when she is here. I think your dad might be the best one to listen to while you are in communications with them." He replies 

"Well Julian is just chilling while we talk all about the things in life going on." I say but looking at Julian

Julian would look at me and Robin with his little smile.

"I swear his smile is just like yours and both are so darn cute." I say but looking at them 

"I think it is cute how good of a listener Julian is." Robin says 

"I know he is a good listener even if he can't understand a good amount of things you know." I say

"He gets being a good listener from you." He replies 

I would pick up Julian and hold him in my arms.

"I always think about what we need to be doing right now." I say

"We need to go through the fridge to see what we need to make for dinner." Robin says 

"I think we should make some kind of soup it can be quick." I say 

"I think that could be good." Robin says but walking into the kitchen

We would follow him into the kitchen. Julian was just smiling away at the little things in life.

"I think it is going to be nice." Robin says but throwing some items into a pot to make some good soup for dinner 

"Do you think it would be easy to make some bread or do we have some bread?" I ask

"I think we have some bread." Robin says but looking around the kitchen

"Yes, we have some bread." I say but grabbing the bread

Robin would finish putting the soup together and get it boiling on the stove.

"I like how soup is one of the nicest and easiest meals we can make." Robin says

"I know it is so nice to be able to make these kinds of meals. Simple at home cooked meals." I say

"I wonder how many other people were like soup easy meal let's make it for dinner today." Robin says 

"I think it is nice to think about other people in the world." I say

"I know the world is such a cute place to think about. The world is full of such amazing people you know." Robin says 

"I know and every day we learn something new about the world. I just don't know how people become so different." I say

"But isn't it a good thing as people we all are so very different?" Robin asks 

"Yes, it is and that is why the world is such a good place." I say 

"I think people don't appreciate how we all are so different you know. We should be grateful for one another more than this world is." Robin replies 

"I don't think people take it into consideration as often as they should you know." I say

Some time would go by and we would be done with dinner and we would be getting Julian ready for bed.

"These are the best nights of our lives you know. Julian gets a little older each day and he is going to be grown one of these days." Robin says 

"What if time flashes by in the blink of an eye?" I ask

"I don't know what to think then you know. Time is one of those things  that gets ripped from us so quick." He replies 

Julian would fall asleep as some point and we would lay him down in his crib. 

"He is so cute when he is asleep." Robin says but looking at him

"I can say the same thing." I say but smiling 

We would leave the room after giving him kisses quietly and heading into our bedroom.

"Time for us to take some time to unwind and appreciate the air around us." Robin says

"These are the nights we live for." I say

"Oh, of course." He replies 

"I think it is nice having some time to relax and just take time for us." I say

"I agree with you." He replies
