A Few Days Later
- Y/N's POV -
It feels so weird knowing I am about to quit this job I am working at. I am not too sure how think about this whole thing but I know it is going to be so good for me. Robin actually did lie up a couple of interviews for me. I got some interviews with Cher, Dolly Parton, and Olivia Newton John. It is going to be so cool having these people in my life for a bit of time and ending up hopefully being a stylist for one of them.
"Do you think one of them is going to want me for their stylist?" I ask
"I think they will and of course they want to interview with you so of course. They might even fight for you to be their stylist since you cannot be each one of theirs." Robin says
"I do not think there has ever been a time someone has fought for me to be their anything." I say but with a chuckle
"If I had to I would have fought for you but you fell into my arms so perfectly." Robin says
"Nobody would have fought me in that sense." I say but with a chuckle
"You know there are things we do not know about." Robin says
"Well, true but I am not that special for people to want me in that sense." I say
"You are mine and always will be mine and I am so excited to have you always." Robin says
"Always together forever and I am so proud you are mine." I say
We both sit on the couch and look at each other.
"I am confused on what the next step might be for us to do." Robin says
"I think it would be for us to sit here and just talk about how life might be able to go." I say
"I am not even sure what the next step in this life is and I am just so excited to be taking the next steps with you in this life of ours. We get our honeymoon in a few weeks and that is also so nice to know." Robin says
"Of course it is and working life out is going to be so much fun." I say
"I wonder what we could do for the next bit of time." Robin says
"I am not too sure but like we said we can just talk about life for a bit of time." I say
"Talking is always something to help us out when it comes to finding out who we are as people." Robin says
"I don't know sometimes I think we see ourselves as different people. But us being honest with one another and with the public is something we should always do." I say
"Being honest makes me so happy with who we are." Robin says
"I know and I think people who are not honest with anyone or themselves do not have much going for them." I say
"I would agree you know. I am not too sure what we should do with ourselves." Robin says
We look at each other.
"I am not too sure what we think is going to happen by looking at each other the way we do but it does help when it comes to thinking about life." I say
"Do you think we should go bake something?" Robin asks
"I think we should make some cookies if you are down to do so." I say
"I think that could be fun do we have any dough or should we do it from scratch?" Robin asks
"I think we could make some from scratch." I say
"I think it would be able to work out if we do it from scratch. You know how to make recipes from scratch." Robin says
We walk into the kitchen and begin to make some cookies.
"I think we should make chocolate chip cookies if we do have some chocolate." I say
"Maybe so. Do you think we got this?" Robin asks
"We got the ability to do anything." I say
"Are you sure about that?" Robin asks
"I think we can. I am just not too sure how to think about it you know." I say
We both get out the stuff we need and make up some of the cookie dough.
"I wonder if this tastes good." I say but trying some of the dough
Robin does the same as me and we look at one another.
"This does taste so good and I am thinking we need to do this a bit more often." Robin says
"We should but it might not be the healthiest thing we could eat." I say but with a chuckle
"A little bit of cookie dough might not be the worst thing for you it is not full of all the fake sugar." Robin says
"True it is made of real sugar and not too bad." I say
"How long do you think these cookies should bake for?" Robin asks
"I think for like 15 or so I do not know to be honest." I say but with a chuckle
We form the cookies and put them in the oven.
"Now we wait for a bit of time to see how long they will take to bake." Robin says
"I think they are going to take a short time but not too long." I say
We look at the oven and wait for them to be done.
"Rock, paper, scissors shoot." I say but shooting rock
Robin does scissors.
"Hah, I win." I say but with a chuckle
"Of course you do, redo." Robin says but shooting out paper
I shoot out scissors.
"I think this game is broken." Robin says
"I do not think it is broken but you need to learn to win." I say but chuckling
"Mhm, whatever you say." Robin says
"You know it is true." I say
"Right." Robin says but looking at me
