Chapter 151

- Later in October of 1987 - 

Y/N's POV

Life came to a bit of a slow point. We did not have much going on here lately one of my new books was in the final publishing steps and it was turning out amazing. I think it is so cool to be a writer and to be able to do hair. I always wonder how the public would see me if they knew more about me than they do right now.

"I think it is nice you are able to keep me out of the spotlight." I say

"I do like the idea of keeping you out of the light because you should be able to do your own things whenever you would like to do so." Robin replies 

"I know and plus while we are growing as people it is kind of nice to be able to do that on my own. I know people know who I am but they do not know much about me." I say

"It does keep you out of the articles. I think it is kind of nice there has not been too many things about us in the papers over the years." He replies 

"I know I always worry about being put in a paper. I do not like the idea of our family being put in one of those things, you know?" I say

"Well of course. Nobody likes the idea of being written about by another person." He replies 

"And it is nice to not have our life changed and written in someone else's opinion." I say

"I wonder what people do think about me keeping my personal life a bit private." He says 

"I think most people recognize that it is a good thing. I think they would understand personal life vs your public life being two different things." I say

We were getting ready to go out and do some shopping. We needed to get some groceries from the store and a few other fun things for dinner. This meant we would be heading out now to do so.

"I know but like sometimes I feel like they could change everything so quick." Robin says but putting Julian into the car. We then would both get situated into the car as well.

"I think it is nice how you let me drive places." Robin says

"Well it just makes it a little bit more easy for me to keep an eye on Julian. You know how worried I am about the kiddo." I say

"I always worry about him too but I know you is in charge of keeping an eye on him so it is okay." Robin says 

We would down to the store and then head inside.

"I know we need some veggies and then we need fruits for sure." Robin says 

"We also have snacks on our little list." I say

"We cannot go a day without snacks so of course it is going to make sense." Robin says 

We would head around the store getting the things we needed. Fruits, veggies, snacks, drinks and more.

"I think it is nice how we can keep ourselves on track and not go too much off the list." I say

"I know sometimes when I am in here on my own I walk out with so many things  that was not on the list." Robin says 

"I think that might just be a you problem." I say but with a chuckle 

"Well I know it is a me problem but it is not too bad of an issue." He replies 

We would then head to check out and then head out to the car. I got Julian situated and Robin loaded up the back of the car. I did help put a few bags in.

"I think it is cute how easy Julian likes to be in the car now. He used to be so against the idea of being in the car." I say

We would put the cart away and get into the car ourselves.

"Where to next?" Robin asks 

"I am good with whatever you would like to  do." I say

"I think we should go get some fast food. Do burgers and shakes sound good to you?" He asks 

"Yes, that sounds good to me." I say

Robin would drive to a local fast food joint. Some of the places around here were so ahead of their time and it always made me happy.

"I think the places around here are so cute and the way they are decorated inside." Robin says 

"I always wonder what some of the places in the states look like now days. You know I know what it looks like in Delaware at certain times of the year but you get what I mean." I say

"Of course and then around the world places are done different." Robin says 

We would get our burgers and shakes through the drive thru and head home. We would bring everything inside. Bringing our food into the kitchen and putting Julian into his highchair. 

"We keep ourselves in such a nice order it is nice." Robin says but situating out the food 

Julian was so good with solid foods now since he is on his way to being two.

"You want some?" Robin asks but breaking it up for Julian and putting it in front of him

"tank ya dadda." Julian says 

"You are so welcome my little love." Robin says but with a smile 

We would all get situated to eat and enjoy our food. It was a nice and warm October afternoon.

"I think it is cute how we can do such little things but find so much joy in the little things we do." I say

"It is one of the things that make us who we are you know." Robin says 

"dada." Julian says 

"Yes, honey?" Robin asks 

"u cute." Julian says but with a big smile in between eating his food

"Aww, so are you." Robin says but with a smile 

It was times like this my heart melted into the ground. I could not imagine life being any more perfect than this.
