Chapter 48

- Skips a few days - 

Y/N's POV

It is an amazing thing to have a husband who cares for you and your mental health. I think it is kind of crazy how I got so lucky with this man of mine. He is literally worried about me 24/7 and I don't think that is good on him but he won't not be so I do not know what to do about that part.

"What do you think we should do today?" Robin asks 

"I think we could maybe go on a lunch date and just relax in a restaurant," I say

"That sounds like a wonderful idea and then we can get some ice cream after." He replies 

"Ooo, ice cream does sound amazing," I say but with a smile 

"Anything you want my love I will get for you." He replies 

"You do not have to get me anything my baby. You just being here with me is just the best thing ever." I say

"When do you want to go off for our little date?" He asks 

"I am good with whenever you would like to leave here." I say

"I think we could go off now." He says 

"Alright, sounds good to me." I say but with a smile 

We get ourselves together and then head to the car.

"I think this is going to be so nice to be able to have a little date. I think having little dates is good for us." He replies 

"It is a good thing for us. I feel like not many people do this kind of thing." I say

We get in the car and head on off to the restaurant. 

"I think this is going to be nice." I say but walking in holding Robin's hand 

"After you my lady." Robin says but pulling out the chair for me 

He sits down across from me.

"I feel like we are so cute in this place." Robin says but with a chuckle 

"Aww, I think we are cute too." I say but with a smile 

"I do not know why we got away from doing this more often. I think it is good for us to have these days to do these kind of things." Robin says 

"I think so too and it will keep the love alive. I know our love will never die but doing these kind of things might be good to help keep the spark there." I say

"Yes, I agree with you my love." He replies 

We order our drinks and then look over the menu

"I have no clue what to even get. This menu has everything and anything." I say

"I think I am going to be getting a burger and fries. It just does not go wrong." He replies 

"That sounds like a good idea to me but do you think I should get it too?" I ask

"Honey, get whatever you would like to on this menu." He replies 

"I think I might get one too." I say but shutting the menu

"Are you sure that is what you would like to get?" He asks 

"Yes." I say

"Alright then." He says but with a smile 

He orders our food for us.

I always appreciate how he orders my food for me. He knows how my anxiety gets so it is kind of nice being able to have someone who orders for you just out of the blue. No asking just the ability to do it for you.

"I think this is such a cute place." Robin says but looking around the place 

"It looks nice and it smells so good in here. I did not know this place was even a thing here in the city." I say

"I did not either but it seems like  one of the places we might be adding into our monthly rituals." He replies 

"I want to know how often we might be eating out a month." I say but with a chuckle 

"I think whenever we want to eat out it is going to be nice." Robin replies 

"I guess that could work but I do not know often we are going to want to eat out from now." I say

"I have no clue you know but it is nice to know we can whenever we want to do so." He replies 

"That is kind of apart of the fact you know we are adults so it is kind of whenever we want. But, also if we have the money to do so." I say

"Well, we do always have the money and we always will." He replies 

"I don't like to think of money as one of those things we use to splurge." I say

"I think money will never be an issue for us. I am glad to think about life being a non worry for us. I want you to always know we will have the money for anything we need in this life." He replies 

"I know that now but you know growing up money was not always a thing that was there so now being a grown up person it is still something that always gets me." I say

"I know my love - I grew up in the same way. It was not easy but we made our ways out of it. And look at us now we are doing so good." He replies 

"I know and it makes me happy knowing we have all of these things going for us." I say

"Yes, and it is not going to ever be a worry when it comes to life." He replies 

"I am not too sure how my parents made our childhood decent with the money status but they did." I say

"Parents always figure it out for their children when they love them." He replies 

"I think it is cool to know how life is." I say

"Life is such a wonderful thing." He replies 

We get our food and enjoy our lunch.
