Chapter 39

- Skips to New Year's Eve - 

Y/N's POV

Today is New Year's Eve and me and Robin are going to a party. The boys have invited me and him so we are going since the boys know the people who is hosting the party. I think it is going to be fun since we have not been to a party in a long time. I think it is interesting how long we have not been to one in. The boys will be picking us up soon.

"Do you think I look okay?" I ask but doing a little twirl

"Yes, you look wonderful my love." Robin says but kissing my cheek

"You look wonderful as well baby." I say but smiling 

"How long until the boys get here?" Robin asks 

"I like how you are asking me despite the fact that they are your brothers. Anyways they should be here soon since you know they said they would be here at 7. It is 6:58 so anytime soon." I say

A car drives up outside.

"That must be them lets go." Robin says but taking my hand 

We go outside and get into the car with the boys.

"Hey guys, you made it just in time." Robin says 

"I know we were almost late but we got you guys in time and we will be just in time." Mo says but driving to the party

"I think the party is going to be so much fun. I am not too sure when the party is going to be ending." Barry says 

"I do not want to be there the whole time so if we have to call a taxi then we are going to have to." I say

"Anything you need my love. I think it is good to move on with our night whenever you are ready." Robin says 

"I do not think we are going to be there the whole night either. We have to be in the studio in the morning to do some records." Mo says 

"Oh yes we do have to. I think it is going to be nice to be at a party for the first time in a long time. This is not a drinking party is it?" I ask

"No, the alcohol is on the low here so it is going to be fine." Andy says 

"I wonder if life is going to be good at this party." I say

"It is going to be a lot of fun." Mo says 

We park and head on inside

"Is this a party with a bunch of music stars?" I ask but looking around the room

"Yes, it is. I think it is interesting to see all of the people who are in this  room right now." Mo says 

"Yes, Michael Jackson is over there oh we should go say hey." Barry says 

"And you got Dolly Parton over there. Kenny is over there too." Mo says 

"Oh my god Fleetwood Mac is here too?" I ask

"I forget you are not too familiar with all of the celebs. I think it is interesting when you see the celebs who are in the rooms." Robin says 

"She does not get out much which does not help the idea of famous people being around her."  Andy says 

"I think once you warm up to the people it is going to be a lot easier for you to not freak out." Robin says 

"I can't help but fangirl when I think of all of the celebs you guys know. For you guys it is nothing but for me it is kind of everything." I say

"I should bring you out to more places with celebs. I think you should meet a lot of celebs one of these days." Robin says 

"I do not think I would be able to handle that. I might pass out if there is too many people who are around me. I sometimes wish life would be a bit different." I say

"Different in what kind of sense?" Robin asks but getting us some soda 

"I think soda would be good for me too." Andy says but following Robin and getting some for himself 

Robin comes over with soda and gives me a soda.

"I don't know what to do right now at this party. I kind of feel out of place." I say

"I do not think you are out of place and you should not feel out of place. I think you are very much in place." Robin says 

"That sounded such like an odd statement but it is fine." I say but with a chuckle 

"I don't know why." Robin says 

Maurice comes back over and Barry follows but with Michael Jackson.

"Is that Michael Jackson?" I ask but looking at Barry

"Yes, this is Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson meet Y/N Gibb she is Robin's wife." Barry says 

"It is nice to meet you." Michael says but shaking my hand with a smile 

I shake his hand back and smile.

"It is so nice to meet you too. I can't believe you are here." I say

"I can see you are not the kind of person to see us kind of people a lot. Celeb wise is what I mean." Michael says 

"No, she does not get out much she is a hairstylist so she kind of works all of the time. She is calm with people like you though." Robin says 

"I try to be calm but sometimes it is kind of hard but I would not jump someone's bones or nothing like that." I say

"She is a good one you better keep her under your wing." Michael says 

"That is the plan - I don't think I will ever lose her. I better not I would not be able to handle it." Robin says 

"I think you two are adorable together." Michael says

"Why thank you." Robin says 

"Of course." Michael says but with a smile
