Chapter 58

- Next Day After The First Day Of Work With Dolly Parton - 

Y/N's POV

Today was my first day working with Dolly Parton and let me tell you she is an amazing person. She was so kind and gentle with me not like the ones who I have worked with before. Sometimes it confuses me on how different people can be but I always heard amazing things about her. It turns out they are true about her and it is so nice to think about it.

"How was your first day my love?" Robin asks but looking at me as I walk in the door 

"It was good - I am surprised how smooth it went. I am honestly so grateful to be having this job. I know it is only the first day but still." I say but putting my jacket on the coat rack

"Well, that is good. Is Dolly everything she seemed to be and more?" He asks 

"Oh of course. She is such a sweet person I could not believe how kind she was. I mean I knew she was a nice person but you know what I am saying." I say

"I get it yes. Some people make us surprised more than others do and she is one of the celebs who surprised me when it came to how she is." Robin says 

"I don't think there was one bad thing I heard about her. I am just glad for this job." I say but going upstairs to the bedroom

Robin would follow closely behind me.

"Baby." Robin says but turning me around 

"Yes?" I ask but stopping in my tracks and turning around 

Robin would softly kiss me and I would return the kiss.

"That is all carry on." He says but with a chuckle 

"Mmm, thank you." I say but going into the bathroom and getting changed into comfortable clothes and opening the bathroom door 

"Is there anything you would like right now?" Robin asks 

I would put my hair into a messy bun and take off my makeup.

"No, I do not think there is anything I need in all honesty." I say

"Okay then." Robin says but looking at me 

"Yeah." I say but drying off my face 

"You look so cute in my shirt as always." Robin says but looking at me 

"Your shirts are more comfortable." I say but with a chuckle 

"I know I know but one of these days I am not going to be having no shirts left." Robin says 

"Hey, shut it you know I give you back your shirts." I say but looking at him

"I know I am just teasing you my love." Robin says but looking at me 

"Well then." I say but turning off the bathroom light and going downstairs 

"I made some food if you are hungry." Robin says but following me 

"Ooo, you did??" I ask but walking into the kitchen

"Yes, I made beans and toast." Robin says 

"Beans and toast?" I ask but looking at him

"Of course. Let me just warm up the toast real quick." Robin says but doing some toast for us 

"Okay, then. I think this is going to be interesting." I say

"Well it is interesting but also so good at the same time." Robin says 

"I know it is so good." I say 

"Here we are." Robin says but putting together our foods for us 

"I think this is going to be so good." I say

"You know the food I make is always good." Robin says 

"Yes you do." I say 

We both sit down and enjoy our food.

"I wonder what time it is right now anyways." I say but looking at Robin

"Let's see it is 4." Robin says but looking at his watch then at me 

"Ah, that is interesting we are eating sort of early aren't we." I say

"Yes, but we is hungry so it does not matter what time we eat." Robin says 

"Mmm, you have a good point there." I say but enjoying my food 

Robin would do the same.

"I am glad we are starting to expand the foods we eat." I say

"Me too, I think new foods are always something good to eat." Robin says 

We would finish our food and then clean up our dishes.

"That was so good my love." I say but looking at Robin after washing the dishes 

"It was, huh?" Robin asks but drying off the dishes 

"I am not surprised though." I say

"I know you would not be surprised." Robin says 

We would walk upstairs and into the bedroom. Robin jumps on the bed.

"Woah." I say but with a chuckle 

Robin would pull me onto the bed.

"Hey." Robin says but looking at me 

"Hi baby." I say but looking at him

"How are you doing?" Robin asks 

"I am good, how are you?" I say but pushing his hair back out of his face 

"Mmm, good you are here with me." Robin says but smiling at me 

I would kiss his nose.

"I love you so much." I say

"I love you too. What do you want to do now with our evening?" Robin asks but looking at me 

"I do not know in all honesty." I say

"Well let's see." Robin says but looking at me 

"Let's see what?" I ask

"I don't know." Robin says but chuckling 

I would roll out of his arms and lay onto the bed.

"You did not need to escape my arms like that." Robin says 

"I did so what are you going to do about it?" I ask

"Mmm, I do not know maybe this." Robin says but pulling me back into his arms 

"Ugh, fine you win." I say

"You did not even put up a fight." Robin says 

"Being in your arms why would I??" I ask

"I do not know but you know with you anything is possible." Robin says but kissing my head 

"Mmmm." I say but laying my head on his chest

He would play with my hair as I closed my eyes.
