Chapter 96

- Next Day - 

Y/N's POV

Today was kind of a long day but it was a good one. It is only 3 now which is nice to be getting home kind of early. I do like the shifts I have at this job compared to the ones I have taken before. This one gives me a bit of more flexibility when it comes to the hours I work and it ends up working out so good for me and Robin.

"How often do you think you will have days off?" Robin asks 

"I am not too sure but probably for now I will continue to have my weekends off until they hire new people." I say

"Do you think they gave you the weekends to make sure you would stay with them for a long time?" He asks 

"I am not too sure but that is a good hypothesis on why they would have given me it." I say

"I don't know but you never know with companies like the one you work for. I think it is kind of any kind of company who does that you know." He replies 

"I think it is kind of interesting on how things work." I say but going to change and get comfortable 

I would return after a few minutes.

"I promise I did not make dinner so we could make it together." Robin says but getting off the couch

"Okayy, I think it is going to be nice for us to do it." I say

"What kind of things are you craving when it comes to the meal we should make?" He asks 

"I do not know to be honest but I do not want meat in the meal that is for sure." I say

"I know we have been kind of moving away from having any type of meat in our meals." He replies 

We would walk into the kitchen.

"I do not know it is just kind of meh. I think we could do a salad for sure because that sounds good." I say

"A salad does indeed sound good." Robin says but opening the fridge and pulling out some salad fixings 

"I think salad is one of my favorite things to make." I say but making a dressing for the salad out of the some ingredients 

Robin would begin chopping up the salad fixings and then we would combine the two and make a big salad.

"Okay, now what should we do for another part of this meal?" He asks 

"I think we could do some fried tofu?" I ask

"Ooo, that does sound good." He replies 

"Do we even have tofu in the fridge?" I ask

"I think so." He replies but opening the fridge and pulling it out 

"Looks like we do." I say

"Perfect lets fry it up." He says 

We would finish up making the dinner meal and then serve ourselves. I would get us something to drink and we would sit down to enjoy our meal.

"I kind of miss how we used to do this all of the time together. It kind of reminded me of how we used to cook all of the time when we were first together." I say

"I think it is kind of cute how we bring back old memories we used to make and as time goes on we make new ones." He replies 

"I think it is cute." I say

We would finish up our meal and our drinks then we would clean up our dishes.

"What should we do now that it is currently...5?" Robin asks 

"I do not know to be honest on what we could do." I say

"I know I want to go get comfortable." He says but with a chuckle and heads up to the bedroom

I would look around the living room and pick up a bit and then sit on the couch but turning on the tv.

"Hm, I am not too sure what could be on at the moment." I say to myself 

Robin would walk into the room and look at me.

"Are you talking to yourself again?" He asks 

"Yes, I am." I say but looking at the tv and The Outsiders movie was on

"What movie is this?" Robin asks but sitting beside me 

"I think it the movie called The Outsiders. It seems like a good movie." I say

"Oh yes I have heard things about this movie but never sat down and seen it from start to finish." He replies 

"We still is not going to be able to see it from start to finish but you know." I say but with a chuckle 

"It seems like it is pretty early on so it should not be too hard to follow along." He replies 

"I suppose you is right." I say but looking back at the tv

"At least these actors seem like they can act. I know some movies and shows the people do not know how to act for real." He replies 

"I think it would be cool to meet some of the actors on this movie." I say

Robin would go quiet.

"What are you thinking about?" I ask but looking at him

"Oh, nothing." He replies but kind of suspiciously

"Okay, then.." I say but looking back at the tv

"Dang, that Dallas guy was in jail. Looking at him I guess you could say he would look like the type to be." I add 

"Yeah, he does look like someone who would be in and out of jail." He replies 

"I think it is kind of interesting." I say

"I think it is cool too." He replies 

"Well, yes." I say

"Maybe you can meet the actors at some point if you would like to." He replies 

"I do not know if that would be possible but it would be cool. I think it is interesting to see young actors and how they see the world in how they act and stuff." I say

"I know actors are kind of interesting to see how they do things." He replies 

"Well lets just watch the movie now." I say

We would watch the movie as it would continue on.
