- Sometime in April of 1986 -
Y/N's POV
Robin's brothers decided me and Robin should go on a date today. Which means they are going to come over and take care of baby. I think it is going to be nice but it is also going to be a bit weird you know being away from him. I always think about it and I am like yeah getting out could be good for us but it is going to be different now. I am grateful though the boys did think of this idea for us.
"I think it is cute that the boys think we should have some time to get out of the house. Go on a cute little date and all." Robin says
"I know it is cute and it is going to be so very different than the times before we had a baby." I say
"Perhaps that could be true but it is going to be nice. And plus Maurice made us a reservation at this real nice restaurant." Robin says
"I think it is cute how much effort and care your brothers choose to put into this for us. I am grateful for them as well." I say
"Yeah, it is nice how much that they show they care for us. I think it is cute that they finally have girlfriends too which they are able to hang out with." Robin says
"Ah yes it is amazing how they have some ladies in their life. I hope they are happy with the love they have in their lives." I say
"Yeah, they are lucky in love just like I am or so they say they are." Robin replies
"Well, we should get ready for this little date." I say
Julian was still asleep so we were talking quiet in the other room. We went to go get changed and we got ready for our little date and then into Julian's room we went. Picking him up and bringing him downstairs with us.
"He is so sweet." Robin says but getting his bottle and handing it to me
"I know he is." I say but with a smile and taking the bottle but sitting down on the couch
"I wonder how long it will be until the guys get here since it is I think like 5 or so now." Robin says but sitting down beside me
As soon as he sat down on the couch there was a knock on the door. I almost chuckled because he almost fell off the couch.
"You okay there?" I ask but looking at Robin
"Yup, I am just peachy." Robin says but walking over to the door and opening it
"Hey guys." Maurice says from the other side of the door
"Hey bro." Robin says but with a smile
Andy and Barry were behind Maurice and walked inside the house.
"Hey guys how you guys been?" I ask but looking over at them
"We have been good and aww look at little Julian." Andy says but sitting on the couch beside me
"Don't be too loud he just woke up and is enjoying his meal after his nap." Robin says but shutting the door
"You got it." Barry says
"What time are the reservations?" Robin asks but looking at Maurice
"At 6 so you guys should leave at like 5:30." Mo says
"Alright sounds good to me. We are ready just you know feeding the child." Robin says but with a smile
"You guys are the cutest little couple." Mo says
"Can I finish feeding him?" Andy asks but looking at me
"Sure." I say but gently handing Julian and his bottle over to Andy
"Aww how cute." Barry says but looking over at us
"You for sure do not need to be spat up on so this is going to be good all the way around." Andy says but continuing to feed Julian
"You guys are the sweetest I swear." I say but with a smile
"Got to have the best love for the best sister in law in the world. And of course for Robin but you know you get the point." Barry says but with a chuckle
"What gave you the idea to make some plans for us to go on a date?" Robin asks but looking at Mo
"I don't know you guys just seemed like a little break and some time away could be good for you guys. I think it is important in life you do not become over stimulated with the way life goes." Mo says
"I do not know how I got so lucky to have you as my brother." Robin says
"I don't know either but I am so glad to have you in my life as my brother." Mo says
"Well what time is it?" I ask but looking at Robin
"It is 5:25." Robin says but looking at his watch
"So you guys should prepare on being ready to head out the door?" Mo asks
"Yes, most likely." I say but getting off of the couch
We would do the things we needed to do and gather our things before we would leave the house.
"How long will you guys be gone?" Andy asks
"I do not know if I am being honest with you guys but I would say not past 9." Robin says
"I think that is a good amount of time to be out and about. Julian will be so happy and taken care of while you guys are out so do not worry about a thing." Andy says
"With you guys here I don't think I would be worried at all." I say but with a smile
"I would not be worried either." Robin says
"You guys are the cutest now get out of here you crazy kids." Mo says
"As you wish bro." Robin says but taking my hand
We would walk hand in hand out the door and into the car. Then we would head down to the restaurant for us to enjoy our evening at.
