Chapter 59

- Next Day - 

Y/N's POV

Today was the second day I got to work with the one and only Dolly Parton. I think it is so much fun working with her and it is kind of insane this is my job. The good thing is I already said about my honeymoon so she is in the know when we is going off but she is off that week we will be gone which is kind of ironic and nice. I think this is going to be a new start for me and it is going to be all I have ever wanted.

"You look like you had a good day with that smile on your face." Robin says but looking at me 

"I did not know work could be so much fun and full of so much bright light." I say

"She is a bright light now?" He asks 

"Oh yes, she is a wonderful person to work with." I say but with a smile 

"I am glad to hear that instead of what you used to say about your old work." Robin says 

"I know my work was kind of a pain when it came to the old job I had. Meanwhile this one is so much fun and way more smooth. I know I am not going to be speaking too soon though since I did just start it." I say

"I know and you know I think it is cool you found out when we go on our honeymoon Dolly will be on a vacation herself. I think it is kind of insane how plans align perfectly." Robin says 

"Yeah, it is kind of nice to know these kind of things. I am not going to be worried about what could come next in this job. You know just taking it day to day when it comes to this life now." I say

Robin looks at me and smiles at me.

"Why are you smiling at me like that?" I ask but looking at him

"You are just so beautiful my love." Robin says but still looking at me 

"I don't know about that one." I say but covering my face with my sleeve 

"Don't cover your beautiful face like that." Robin says but pulling my arm off my face 

"But I think it is better." I say but looking back at him

"Oh hush." Robin says but pulling me close to him

"Mmm, no I do not think so." I say but laying my head on his chest 

He would wrap his arms around me and holding me close.

"You know I always feel so safe in your arms." I say but closing my eyes 

"As you should my baby." Robin says but kissing my head 

"You're my safe place and always will be." I say

"You want to go over to the bed so we can cuddle?" Robin asks 

"Yes." I say

"Okay." Robin says 

We make our way over to the bed and lay down.

"Come here." Robin says but opening his arms and looking at me 

I would lay down in his arms and wrap my arms around him in turn.

"You are warm." I say but cuddling him

"As you are." Robin says but smiling and holding me close 

"This is my favorite thing we do whenever we do." I say but laying my head on his chest and closing my eyes 

"I think it is nice if we just take a little nap. I am not too sure what time it is but a little cat nap will not hurt us." Robin says but with a chuckle 

"A cat nap sounds nice." I say but I would play with his hair 

"It does, doesn't it?" Robin asks but closing his eyes 

"I think today was a good day and a new start to a lot of things. I think as  the days go on life is going to be getting better and better." I say

"That is all life can do my love. Get better for us and I know we are going to have the best life we can." Robin says but rubbing my back

"Mmm, I know." I say

"But, being with you just makes everything better. I could not imagine anyone better for me than you are for me." Robin says 

"You make me so happy when you say things like that baby." I say

"Yeah?" He asks but you could tell his voice was getting sleepy

I would yawn a little bit but slowly falling asleep.

"Sweet dreams my love." Robin says but falling asleep with me 

- An hour or so would pass - 

"Mmm." Robin says but waking up and rubbing his eyes and looking at the clock

He would look at me as I was asleep.

"Wake up baby." Robin says but kissing my head 

"Mmm." I would mumble but opening my eyes 

"We actually did not over sleep like we did that one time." Robin says but with a chuckle 

"Oh, good." I say but still half asleep

"Your voice is so soft when you wake up." Robin says but stretching 

"And yours is so rough." I say but sitting up beside him on the bed 

"Mmm, what do you want to get for dinner?" Robin asks but yawning 

"I have no idea. Anything sounds good in all truth." I say

"Well, then I think we should just make some simple sandwiches for dinner. I am in no mood for a heavy dinner." Robin says 

"Same, that sounds like a good idea to me." I say but looking at him

"Alright then." Robin says but getting out of bed 

I would do the same and we would head into the kitchen and make ourselves some dinner.

"I will get the tea." I say but getting us some tea and then putting it on the table 

"Okay, this should be good." Robin says but putting the plates on the table 

We would sit down and begin to enjoy our dinner.
