Today was extremely interesting.
I went to school wearing dog tags and 13 rings-if you don't include the one on my dog tags.
In choir we did a game where everybody sat in a circle and there was one person in the middle. They would say 'I love my neighbors who wear blue' and everybody wearing blue would try to switch spots with somebody else in the circle. The objective of the person I'm the middle was to steal a spot in the circle.
At one point of the game, I ended up next to the teacher and said something along the lines of, 'I'm really glad I haven't kicked anybody. I'm wearing steal toe work boots.' His face completely lit up and he laughed really hard.
I find it funny that Kate and Mia are having problems with the harmonies. The choir teacher moved them both to alto level-though Kate is clearly a soprano, he says that she has enough of a vocal range to be an alto and that's where he needs her at the moment-and their brains are hard wired as sopranos.
Believe me, I feel bad for them and will be happy to help if they need it, but it's actually fucking hilarious.
I had science block today and we were doing a lab. There were only two green pairs of goggles. I grabbed one and after some consideration, Danielle grabbed the other one. I had to have my bangs over my goggles, otherwise they'd poke me in the eyes, so I just looked like a dumbass the entire time with a waterfall of blonde in my face. At the end of lab Danielle and I did a silent Macarena. It was very fun.
I'm getting a new phone soon. It's gonna be the same model I have now (an iPhone SE) but with more storage. I have a huge crack on my screen and a chunk missing out of the corner because it got stepped on by a horse. More cracks have formed and now there are black splotches and streaks everywhere.
I can't do my Duolingo very well because the biggest crack/splotch is exactly where the sentences show up. I can barley write this because with the keyboard taking up half the screen, there's only about one line on the entire screen I can see. My phone has storage problems even though I only have 81 photos-usually it's somewhere in the 60s but i took photos camping-and save as much storage as possible. It's been having charging issues and I don't have enough storage for standard software updates.
A new phone with a slight upgrade is extremely overdue, though I am grateful to even have one.
