Baby Tuesday didn't really know what she had coming. I would talk to some of my friends with more normal lives and just be in awe.
I genuinely didn't know that people planned having children. I didn't know that a lot of people have dads. I didn't know that parents could love each other. The list goes on.
But the most mind blowing thing that I didn't realize, was the weird things my father did. Like, making me call him daddy.
At one point, I told Dan that my father makes me call him daddy and he stared at me in a way I'd never seen before.
It was disgust, empathy, shock, and something I couldn't recognize. I'm not sure.
He really didn't know just how bad it is.
He still doesn't know.
Nobody does.
