Jobe's arms wrapped around you tightly as his head dove into the crook of your neck placing a long but soft kiss against it. His thumbs rubbed small circles against the soft satin fabric of your dress. You could feel the large smile growing on his face as he fought the smile trying to place more kisses against your smooth skin.
"Thank you baby, this is amazing, I love it." Jobe whispered to you.
"Really baby, you didn't know?" You asked him.
"I had no idea, thank you babe, I love you." Jobe said as he attached his lips to yours in a sweet and loving kiss, you pulled back after a few seconds as the room was full of Jobe's friends and family. You surprised him with a party for his birthday and you were glad to find out that no one spoiled it.
"Come on birthday boy." Jude said pulling him into the middle of the kitchen.
"As your older brother, I think that it's only fitting that I pour you your first LEGAL shot." Jude announced to everyone emphasising the word legal causing everyone to laugh.
Jobe let go of you and picked up the shot that Jude had poured for him.
"Thank you all for coming and thank you to my amazing girl who organised this whole thing, I love you babe." Jobe said as he pulled you back into his side with one hand and knocked back the shot with the other.
Everyone cheered and Jobe pressed his lips to yours. People were filming so you kept the kiss short and sweet. Jobe put down the shot glass and Jude immediately poured more alcohol into it.
"Your turn y/n" Jude said handing you the glass.
"Uhh I'm ok, not much of a drinker." You said smiling back.
"I know your not but come on, it's a party and it's your boyfriends birthday come on have a shot." Jude said convincingly.
You took the shot out of his hand and knocked it back. Jobe laughed at the face you made as you swallowed the drink.
"That tastes like battery acid." You said through a raspy voice coughing slightly.
"Aww my baby." Jobe said chuckling placing his lips to your forehead kissing it tenderly. Jude continued to laugh at you as he took his own shot.
"Right I'll be back later to get you both drunk." Jude said placing a kiss on both yours and Jobe's head, he had clearly been drinking before the party had started but you both laughed it off.
You and Jobe made your way back through the crowd until you bumped into some of his teammates.
"Come here lad." Jack said pulling Jobe in for a hug. Jobe smiled as he let go of you and hugged his teammates, they began talking and you wanted to give him some time with his friends.
"Come find me when your done baby." You said and placed kiss to his cheek as you turned around to go and find Jude.
"Y/n wait." You heard causing you to stop walking away and turn around.
"Hi Mason" you said with a smile, he walked up to you and gave you a hug.
"Hey, don't go to Jude I'll keep you company." He said with a smile.
"Don't you want to hang with the guys and talk about football." You chuckled slightly.
"Nah I'd say you're probably more interesting." He said with a charming smile. You laughed in response brushing it off as harmless banter.
"So can I get you a drink." Mason said picking up a mini vodka bottle from the table next to you.
"Uhh I'm good thanks, not a big drinker." You said with a laugh as he took a swig of his beer.
