I hesitated for a minute before grabbing her by the waist and pulling her closer to me. "I don't know...I still might need some more clarity," I responded sarcastically as I kissed the base of her neck.

She laughed quietly in my ear and shook her head. "Well I'm sure that could be arranged, but for now we should probably get out of here."

I sighed and looked back at her, "you're probably right."

We both got up and began to get dressed. I kept my eyes on Jamie's body as she pulled her clothes on.

Once we were both decent, we walked to the door and I opened it as I flipped the light off in my office. I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw Jessica right outside the door at her desk, rummaging through a drawer.

"Jessica??" I said quickly, "I thought you left a while ago...how long have you been here?"

She jumped, clearly startled by my words and by seeing Jamie and I standing there.

"Cas! You scared me," she said as she placed her hand on her chest. "I did leave, but I realized I forgot something so I just came back to find it." A skeptical look came across her face and it looked like she was just realizing that Jamie was standing there with me.

"What are you 2 still doing here?" She asked.

"Oh, we were uh just..." I stumbled over my words, panicked at the thought of Jessica finding out what had just happened behind my office door.

"We were going over some details of the Wilson case," Jamie quickly stepped in to cover our asses. I breathed a sigh of relief, feeling some of the tension leave the room.

I wasn't sure if Jessica bought it at first, or what she might think was going on, but she eventually said, "Oh, got it. That makes sense."

"Yup," I responded, eager to get myself out of this awkward situation. "Well, we're going to head out , hope you find what you need."

"Bye guys," Jessica said, going back to looking in her desk, "see you tomorrow."

We both gave her a small wave as we walked towards the elevator to leave.

Jamie was walking behind me and I stopped when I heard her say, "Cas?"

"Yeah?" I turned my head back towards her slightly, and she leaned up to whisper in my ear.

"I think this was our sign that we should probably stop fucking in public."
