The robot's heart doesn't beat but ticks. Innards composed of gears and springs, eternally grinding away to bring life to his body of steel and iron. He might not have blood flowing through his veins or smooth flesh, tender to the touch. Instead, the robot has oil pumping through his shell. His metal exterior shines in the light, shimmering the rays of sun he could never feel. It's warmth escapes him, replaced with a cold existence devoid of feeling or emotion. But that doesn't mean the robot doesn't have wants or desires. It just means they are alien from ours.
