Claire didn't want to call customer service. She knew she would be on hold forever. But she didn't have a choice. Fortunately, they said it would only be a 10 minute wait. Except it wasn't. 1 hour went by. Then 2. And 3. Eventually Claire forget she was even on hold... forever.
