In the world of serial killers, the Drowner stands alone. Most murderers are gruesome monsters who enjoy violating flesh with blood and viscera. But the Drowner is too sophisticated for such carnage. As his name implies, the Drowner prefers to drown his victims. However, he refuses to get his hands dirty. Instead, the Drowner uses custom tanks to submerge his victims in their watery tomb. Rather than a participant, the Drowner likes to think of himself as an observer. He merely sits in the audience, usually with a glass of Merlot, and watches a beautiful show of agony and despair.
