Third person's pov

FYI: I had to do some math, so don't worry about calculating any upcoming age gaps.

Mention of Rape, killing.

José followed harry without a problem. Harry was silent, not unusual, José thought.

Joseph was right, the policemen were right there. Speaking to each other, about a certain someone. Harry continued to walk ahead, and José purposely walked slower, so he could eavesdrop on the Men.

"I'm telling you, I saw him!"

"How do you know how Sebastian shaw looks like?"

The bald policeman that spotted Joseph and Sebastian, looked like he was in distress. "..The case was closed because of the lack of evidence."

"No," The other policeman said, he was burly.  "Didn't he rape his wife? The case wasn't closed,"

He was cut off by the other Policeman that was bald. "No, he didn't.. I mean.. I have a feeling he didn't do that. Back in the days, they didn't have ways to collect evidence or prove that someone was innocent, since she was a woman, it was easy to say that he raped her. Back then, no one believed that women were capable of doing something so.. horrid."

The burly policeman laughed. "There's some truth in that. Women just aren't capable of doing that. I mean, he was a Man, he was definitely stronger than her. A man getting raped?" He chuckled. "What a joke, all the Townsfolk are saying the opposite of that."

The bald policeman's face contorted into an angry expression, he crossed his arms, and raised his voice unintentionally. "Of course they are, they must've have changed the story, because they found it embrassing that a man got raped by a woman! In fact, they probably hid the evidence too!"

The burly policeman clicked his tongue. "Don't make such accusations,"

The bald policeman rolled his eyes. "I'm not making any accusations, you know how I am with this case. I spoke about this case to the chief, even he looked suspicious, saying things like 'It's better if people believe the Man was responsible for those crimes, we can't have our town looking like a joke, and that it was too late to re-open the case!' "

The burly policeman argued back. "And maybe he was right! It's too late! And who cares, he's dead anyways."

The bald policeman fumed with anger. "I'm disgusted with how you joke about rape, and the dead!" With that, he walks away despire the fact that, they were meant to search the hospital.

The burly policeman rolled his eyes, and muttered something about being a princess, and a fag. José felt his heart clench, not in disgust but in anger. He composed himself before rapidly walking towards the bald headed man.

The man went inside an elevator, probably wanting to check the upstairs too, in hopes of finding Sebastian. And, Sebastian just so happened to be upstairs with Joseph.

José cleared his throat, "..Sir.. You know about Sebastian?"

What a way to start a conversation, but José couldn't care less.

José could feel the way the Man bored his eyes into his face, surprised that a Man like José, would even speak to him, and with respect too.

The bald headed dark skinned Man, still taken back, managed to answer. "Ah.. Yes, who's asking?"

José deadpanned, but respectfully, this man seemed wiser and much older than José who was only twenty nine. "José Howell."

The man froze, he recognized that name. The Howell's were notoriously known for their psychic abilities. People sometimes helped the law by anonymously sending tips, but the law was suspicious of the Howell's, and had a feeling it was them sending the tips.

But it wasn't only because of that. The Howell's have helped the Man's Grand father when he was investigating the case of Sebastian Shaw years ago.

To meet a Howell..

The Man's brown eyes roamed around José's face, taking in his beauty. He could tell that he was very young. Or At least, younger than he was.

"And you are?" José questioned the Man that seemed shocked when he heard his name, only to be surprised by his last name.

"Micheal Perch." Micheal answered, startled when José rapidly swung his head around to meet his brown eyes. José recognized that name. See, the thing was that, the Howell's had a list.

A list with the names of the people, and companies, they helped. Every child was to read that list. The list started from the beginning, starting from the first Howell to have psychic abilities who helped others, to now. Even Joseph got his hands on the list, although that took a lot of convincing.

And, A name with the same last name as Micheal, was on the list. That was why José was surprised.

José spoke rather slowly. "My family.. They helped you."

Micheal nodded, he smiled gently at José. Admiration towards José and his family members twinkling in his eyes. "Because of one of your family members, my grandfather was able to arrive quickly on the scene."

José continued to pry, he needed to know. "..Which scene?"

Micheal stares into his eyes for a few minutes, before deciding to trust the Man. He would never forget how one of his family members had helped his grandfather, "..You know about Sebastian Shaw's Case? Back in the 1860s, my grandfather was able to become a police detective."

The elevator doors opened, as it did, the Man pulled out a box full of cigarettes, took one out, and lit it up as he walked out of the Elevator along José. "He was a black man, so it was harder for him, especially with the racists. They didn't believe in him, but my granddad made it big. He was this close to solving the case," he made a few hand gestures.

Micheal put the cigarette in his mouth, inhaling, before annoyingly puffing the smoke out. "It was hard to collect evidence, fingerprints and such, but he was able to do so. Able to order a bunch of white men to do their jobs properly. The law, they weren't okay with that."

"They thought the incident was embarrassing, a man getting raped by a woman. The law didn't want to be seen as incompetent by dismissing the case, so they framed Sebastian. The press said he raped the woman, made a bunch of lies turn into a story. The story soon made it to the newspaper, and of course, they didn't want the town to look like a circus, so they disclosed the case, and made stories up."

Micheal stopped walking when José stopped in front of a door. "Soon, homosexual clubs were found and banned. And no one wanted to solve the case. The case went cold, and the Innocent man would be known as a rapist, killer, and a homosexual. Although, even if that last part were true, no one deserved to die when they were innocent, and the Innocent who were dead did not deserve a tainted reputation."

José held his breath as Micheal opened up to him. He let his breath out, hearing that Sebastian went through that, and possibly something much more worse, his eyes glistened with tears. "Beautifully said."

José gulped. "Micheal, you told your colleague you saw Sebastian, right?"

Micheal confusingly nodded. "..Yes? Why?"

José opened the door, revealing Joseph who rapidly moved away from Sebastian's face. They must have been kissing, because Sebastian looks more awake.

José couldn't stop the smirk from growing on his face, Joseph was over here kissing and most likely doing something more with Sebastian, while he just found the Man that could aid him with helping Sebastian.

"Well.. You weren't crazy, you really did see Sebastian." José said, the smirk growing on his face, when Micheal fainted face flat on the floor
