Micheal went back to work. It was during his break that he had decided to come to us, but after our talk, he had to go home.
And I had a few things to do.
I went back upstairs to finish my breakfast, it was never too late for breakfast! After I was done, Sebastian decided to tag along with me on my walk to Grandpa's house. It would be a long walk.
Eventually we arrived. And my legs were aching. Grandpa's house was pastel green on the outside, vines decorating the walls, his door was the only thing that was white. Ringing the bell that made a sweet tone, we waited patiently. I glanced at Sebastian, who was already looking at me. He placed a soft kiss on my cheek, I closed my right eye instinctively. Laughing as his kiss turned into kisses, I had to push him away with my hand when he became more needy.
He teased me, a sad puppy expression on his face, as he purposely made his lip quiver. "..I want more though."
"Later.." I proposed accidentally, regretting it when Sebastian's tone was suggestive, a sly smirk on his face. "Oh?"
I rolled my eyes and huffed. "..Shameless."
He laughed. Soon, the door opened. Grandpa had his square glasses on, a pitcher in his grasp. His attire was simply adorable, he wore his pastel green Pyjamas. "Come in, son."
He surveyed Sebastian, "..Mister Shaw?"
"Sebastian is fine, sir." He smiled politely, reaching out a hand to shake Grandpa's own.
Grandpa immediately warmed up to him when he realized how polite he was. "No need to call me sir, call me grandpa. Now come in, it's cold outside, wouldn't want you lads getting sick."
The door closed behind us, and we followed Grandpa towards the kitchen. He poured us a hot glass of chamomile tea, it both smelled and tasted good. Grandpa pushed his glasses back to perfectly sit on the bridge of his nose, "Here for your training?"
"Yes, I am. Although, I'm sure that I don't really need to be trained, I just need more... knowledge." I told him with a proud smile on my face.
Thanks to.. Last night, and Sebastian, I really did not need any training.
Grandpa drank his tea, eyes scanning my face, and then Sebastian's face. Setting his cup down, he locked his fingers together, hands propped under his chin, as he hummed thoughtfully. "..Alright, I trust you."
I smiled, letting a relief sigh escape me. "Thank you.."

Grandpa lent me a few books that could help me with necromancy. He taught me a lot, about his family's history, his father, and how he practiced necromancy as well as his abilities.
Sebastian had gone to meet up with José. He called Grandpa's phone, saying he had the list. So, the plan was that as soon as I finished discussing a few things with my Grandpa. I would leave, and head over to the hospital to meet up with Sebastian and the rest.
"You've already managed to fully resurrect and control the dead?!" He gaped, astouned.
I nodded, explaining briefly. "I fully resurrected Sebastian as he was still tied to the dead. And somehow.. I stopped the spirits that were possessing him."
He stared at me in awe, processing what I had just told him. He tries to elaborated his thoughts, stuttering in shock as his eyes roam around the room. "..How.. W-with no Practice especially.. How? How did you do that?"
I blushed, "Ah.." A felt a lump in my throat as my face burned with embarrassment, wringing my hands, I averted my stare but that only made me seem suspicious. "..Um.. Energy. I believe that I always send a little bit of energy, and it keeps them alive. I gave a lot of energy to Sebastian, and it left me weak but my abilities are still present."
He mumbles something under his breath. Something clicks in his eyes, Grandpa smiles sullenly but determined. He stares at me proudly, "Joseph.. You aren't finished with what you have started, right?"
I gulped, my eyebrow twitched and that was enough to give myself away. "What do you mean..?"
He pursues his lips, standing up, he walks towards a room and I get up hurriedly, following him closely. He uses a key that's dusty as if it had not been used in a very long while, and he opens a door. As the door swings open, my eyes widened. This room was gold. A Gold desk, gold bird cage except there was no bird, and a gold and ancient looking box stood out to me. There were carvings, and letters written in an language that was slightly unrecognizable to me.
"Latin," My grandpa said.
"A very Old box, probably over hundred years old, I'm not sure. It was handed down to me, as I was the right heir for it." He grinned, relieved that... That he was telling me this.
He used a gold key that had the same carvings as the box, and opened the box with a click. Lifting the 'lid', the box was filled with keys, letters, a small hand book with a gold hexagon logo. The same carvings were present, swirls. "What did this mean, these carvings..?"
He lowly said. "You will find out soon enough."
There was a hexagon pendant, the chain was gold, but the symbol was light green, and something shimmered inside of it. Something Powerful... Longing to be released from its chains.
My heart clenched, Grandpa was just gonna give this away to me? Without even knowing that I... That Sebastian..
He seemed to sense my worries, sighing, he stared at the box as he remorsefully said. "..I wish I had been there for you. Visited you more, I wish I was close enough to you, so I'd know more about you." Tears glinted in his eyes, he glumly looked at me, "I'm sorry.."
I swallowed down the remark I had to seem like I wasn't touched. "..N-no.. It's Alright, but.. I don't deserve this,"
He lets me speak further, I stuttered as I nervously and sadly opened up to him. "I'm.. Sebastian and I.. I don't think I'm the right heir, I mean, how could I be? Besides—"
"I know what you are trying to say. I didn't expect that you'd be.. like this. But Joseph," He smiled, closing the box shut, he picked it up only to press it against my chest. "I'm certain you are the right heir. I may be old, close-minded, but you are my grandson. I don't agree with it, and would rather you be with a woman.. But if he makes you happy, and I want you to be happy, then I have no choice but to accept you."
He tilted his head, looking at me proudly. "And I will."
