Micheal listened intently to Harry as he examined Marie's body.

I decided to distract Sebastian, In case he felt a bit uncomfortable. "..I felt her, your baby girl. But.. No heartbeats.."

He sadly knitted his brows, staring at Marie's stomach. "..Is that so? Could you do me a favor?"

He took my silence as a yes, and he refused to make eye contact with me as he broke out. "Could you resurrect my baby girl? Just enough for me to be able to speak to her.. Afterwards.. You'll make sure she rests in peace, can you do that for me?"

My heart ached for him, "Of course, I can do that."

He huffed out a grateful smile, intertwining our fingers together. "Thank you."

José soon told us that Harry finished taking the tests, and I could tell that Sebastian couldn't wait for his reputation to be cleansed. To be able to live as a normal Man, although, there were a few things that needed to be done in order for him to be a normal citizen.

A knock interrupted my thoughts. My eyes snapped to the door, Harry hurriedly covered Marie's body with a blanket, and nodded at Micheal that it was alright to open the door.

Josephine stood there, long hair wet, most likely because it rained, her makeup was smudged, and she looked anxious. "..Is Joseph here with José?"

Micheal smiled at her dismissively. "..One Moment please, I need to ask my Co-worker."

He shut the door gently, and rushed towards the middle of the room. Whispering loudly, he waved his hands around as he comflictedly voiced his question. "..What do I say..!?"

Josephine never visited me, her anxious expression interested me. After our big fight, that resulted in me punching her and permanently leaving the family, I had no plans to speak to her. I turned to José while Micheal impatiently groaned and paced around.

He shrugged, "..Give her a chance to speak. If it's nonsense, we'll leave."

I nodded, Micheal listened intently and started to hurriedly walk towards the room. Slowing down his steps, he calmed himself down, and opened the door. "..Hello, wait by the entrance."

She surprisingly CALMLY left after nodding appreciatively at him. Sebastian nudged me by pushing my lower back gently, I kissed his cheek, "..I won't take long, wait for me so I can get to know your daughter.."

His eyes twinkled with awe and tenderness as he gazed at me, "You're so sweet.." He whispered back, pressing a quick peck on my lips.

I grinned winking at him playfully when he tried kiss me some more as I backed away. Eventually, I turned around, I couldn't keep José waited who rolled his eyes, muttering "Lovebirds." At us. I snickered at him.

The walk towards the entrance was silent but overbearing. Thoughts such as, why she came here, what was so important, infiltrated my mind. I was nervous, and I was sure that José felt the same way.  Eventually, the doors opened and Josephine's head snapped around, her face contorted to an expressionore relieved to see us. "..I'm sorry.. I.. I just— I wanted to talk.. E— Even if it's for the la-last time.."

It truly was raining.

I cleared my throat, I had to pay attention. Her throat visibly tightened up as she took a few deep breaths. ".. I'll make it quick. The prophecy stated that Joseph would be the best necromancer and psychic of all time. I ignored it, I didn't want for it to be true because Mother and Father had already said that I would—"

She bit her lip and chocked down her words. Sighing, she calmly looked down. "..I don't know what's wrong with me.. I simply wanted to be the daughter Mother and Father could rely on, and nowadays they're not giving me much attention, Mother's just nagging me to have a child, not knowing that I already...

Am pregnant."

Our eyes widened.

She hurriedly explained some more, not noticing that we were shocked. "..I tried telling her, but she was occupied with Joseph's situation, not that it's your fault.. And I guess I thought you were taking them away from me, which was immature and stupid but.. It's the hormones.."

José deadpanned. "Or you are just a horrible person."

I pinched the side of his stomach but the frabic hindered that. He glanced at me. Josephine shrugged, "..I know.." Blushing embarrassingly, she apologized to José. "I'm sorry.. I hope you know that I am ashamed."

"You're pregnant..?" I brought it on. She pressed a hand against her stomach, furrowing her eyebrows.

I gasped, "..And I hit you?" She shook her head, rapidly lifting her hands up as she reassured. "..No.. No! You had every right to—"

I hugged her tightly, my arms were wrapped around her shoulders. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry.. Is your baby alright? Are you okay? I was just so angry, I shouldn't have hit you regardless, if was wrong and—"

José yelled as he scolded me. A disbelieving tone, "Joseph! You can't forgive people so easily, have you forgotten what she said? Don't hug her!"

"Right!" I scrambled as I quickly got off Josephine, I stood next to José and crossed my arms, forcing a look of indifference. José facepalmed, "..You can't just pretend you didn't just— Nevermind."

He sighed exhausted, José turned to Josephine and raised his chin as he stared down at her. "Honestly, I don't care. Apologizing won't help the shock and betrayal you made me experience on that day. The day you voiced that no one, including yourself, gave a damm about me."

Her eyes knitted even more, I was afraid she'd get wrinkles. Josephine lips were down turned, Showcasting a glum smile. "..I understand. Nonetheless, I still regret my words."

With that, she walked off. And we were completely drenched.

At least a few things were solved.
