Evening.
Sight; Clairvoyance.
∞
Dinner went by fast, we shared laughs, shy glances, and mutual agreements.
Sebastian was treating me with love and tenderness, I felt showered with affection. It was surreal, the feeling he gave me, I couldn't describe it. It was too much, but at the same time it wasn't not enough, and it had me longing for more.
Before we parted ways, he took my hands in his, and when my back pressed against my door, he gave me an adoring peck on the lips. He pressed his forehead against mine, whispering against my lips, his voice vulnerable and soft. "..I want you to sleep well, have good dreams, Alright? I'll be right next to you if anything happens." Another kiss to my lips, "Good night, Buttercup."
"G-good night.." I returned, he smiled, and walked away from me. I opened my door, closed it, and my back was immediately against it as I blushed and bit my lip. I couldn't stop thinking about him.
But those feelings were forced to be set aside, as the feeling of death consumed me. And I was sure that this time, I wouldn't run away.
Time for my sleep that was bound to be disrupted.

Something dripped on my face continuously. My eyes felt heavy with sleep, but I pried them open.
I laid on the icy cold, wet ground. My eyes searched my surroundings, where was I?
This wasn't my room, definitely not. Right in front of me, was a Forest. Besides me, on my left, A store, on my right, darkness, and behind me, a Club.
I knew that I had to enter all of these places, but the fear of the unknown, consumed me. I mumble out a curse, my heart was beating so fast, and my surroundings started to get more... Darker and scarier. I needed to make a decision, fast!
I didn't want to go to the darkness, and I didn't want to go to the Forest either! But what choice did I have? I needed to stop running away. The only way I could help others and myself, would be with a choice. So, I took a few deep breaths, my feet gradually lead me towards the Forest. A flashlight appearing in my hand.
It was very cold, the trees were scarily humongous, and there wasn't any Pathway so I had to push away treebarks, to move forward. Soon, A laugh emerged. My head whipped around frantically, trying to decipher who or what made that sound. A figure startled out, as soon as I blinked, it disappeared and I fell on my butt, using my elbows to crawl backwards.
That's when it clicked.
I was in the Afterlife, wasn't I?
A piercing scream could be heard in my right. And my body was lifted up, my feet walking towards the noise. I didn't want to, but something was pulling me with force.
The bonfire in the Forest. Marie sat in front of Sebastian.
Something was pulling me, forcing me to sit right next to her, and I did.
The topic was Love, and Marie was confused about what Sebastian said to her. He can't love.. She thought. How absurd. Thoughts ran in her mind uncontrollably, was she not loveable? Was she not pretty? Or was Sebastian taken? It wasn't that she cared, no. She was simply curious, she's heard those words a million times. And they only meant one thing-
That she wasn't worthy of that person's love.
But if course, those thoughts were only stupid. They were friends, and they both agreed to that. But.. There was a part of Marie, that hated the thought of there not being a simple possiblity of the two of them falling love. It was really confusing.
Fast forward..
Marie couldn't help herself. Sebastian really was a wonderful Man..
I agree, biting my lip. Rolling my eyes, I focus. Is this the part, where she catches feelings for him?
How could she have been so stupid? Falling in love with someone who clearly stated that, that was not what they wanted. But she was so curious, why wouldn't it be okay for them to love each other a little bit more?
She tried playfully asking Sebastian, but his face would only darken, and he would sigh, saying, "..It's not possible, at least not at the moment."
Why?
"..Marie, I couldn't imagine dating you. You are my friend, my sister." Sebastian smiled slightly, with good intentions as it seems. But Marie took it the wrong way.
He said he couldn't love, she thought, right? Why did he say 'you' like that? Was I the problem? What was wrong with me, then? I didn't want to be his sister or friend, he was a wonderful Man, and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, but not as friends. I realized too late, that, that wasn't what I wanted.
Marie gasped. Her eyes observed the scene before her; Sebastian holding a young man, Kissing ferociously. Disgust, shame, and jealousy overcame her. As well as, enviousness and realization. If only she had known, it all made sense.
They were outside, Sebastian didn't know the Man, and yet here he was, kissing him, smiling at him, and comforting him.
Marie found them again, in their home. She looked in the gap of the door, watching as Sebastian wrapped an arm around him. Envious, that she was.
As she walked through the Forest, shadows of People; Possibly Marie's fears, appeared. They bashed her, shamed her, and laughed at her. A wife, who's husband was a Homosexual. What had she done wrong, the women joked. Such embarrassment, her parents wouldn't want anything to do with her.
Overcome by her emotions, she had to hide this. No one could find out,
And so she killed the Man, and raped her friend.
Sebastian would be forced to stay and take care of her, if she had a baby. Others would be jealous of her 'happy' relationship, and no one would find out. It was that easy.
Except it wasn't.
Now, her spirit was awaken..
Sebastian was back, still connected to the Afterlife, Marie couldn't let him go. Still, she wished his homosexual ways would go away forever, but that wasn't the case, as she watched how he kissed a Man, named Joseph. Running his fingers through his hair, and then joking with him.
That could've been her, had fate been on her side.
Another shadow, someone she had killed, watched with enviousness, and sadness too. But at the same time, he, was glad that Sebastian was happy.
