It's past seven in the evening when we decided to have a bonfire. As we lit up the woods that we gathered, the cold evening breeze brushed through our skins.

“Harrah upo” Ellia said with authority.
Ano ba kaibigan ko ba talaga kayo. I felt helpless nang makaupo na ako sa buhangin. Nasa gilid namin ang bonfire.
“So ano? Let's start na!” Excited na sagot ni Ellia.
Pinaikot ni Gabriel ang bote and it landed on Jace kaya naghiyawan ang mga lalaki.
“Jace! Shot!” sabi ni Liam.
“shut up bro” Jace strictly said.
“man, truth or dare?” Gabriel asked Jace.
I saw Jace na nagdadalawang isip before answering “truth! easy” mayabang na sagot niya.
“I saw you thinking twice kaya” Epal kong sagot.
“ikaw lang, sila hindi” he said proudly kaya napangiwi ako.
“Who wants to ask?” Gabriel said.
“me” Ash raised her hand.
Napatingin si Ethan sa kanya dahil magkatabi lang sila.
“Agree ka ba… na magiging sister in law mo si Harrah?” Ash curiously asked.
Napabaling ang tingin ko sa kanya because of surprise. What's with that question? Sister in law? Bakit?
“Sister in law?” My forehead creased because of confusion “what do you mean?”
Jace laughed kaya nainis ako.
“What's funny?” I asked innocently.
Napatingin ako kay Ethan na nakatingin din kay Ash. I saw pain across his eyes or it was just me.
“aba, ba't hindi ko to alam” striktong napatingin si Jace sa akin.
“what?” I was confused.
“kailan ka pa niligawan ni Quiero?” Jace asked me.
“Q-Quiero?”
Jace nodded slowly.
Wait, don't tell me na…..
“Quiero… is your brother?” I asked when I looked at Jace.
“Bakit hindi ba kami magkamukha?” pilosopong sagot niya bago tumawa “but yeah we're half brothers”
