Hindi pa din ako umuwi sa bahay namin ni Ethan because I can't be with him. It keeps repeating in my mind the scene of them in front of me.
“Har saan ka ngayon?” Maureen asked me.
Yeah, I am with my friends right now dahil namilit kasi si Ellia na mag bonding daw kami dahil it's been so long since we last met.
“siguro sa xylo” I said while fixing my things.
Nandito kami sa spiral sa pasay. Maureen insisted kasi na dito daw kami mag lunch so we agreed. Agree kasi libre daw sabi ni Luke.
“hey why didn't I get an invitation?” She raised his brow at me kaya napatingin ako sa kanya galing sa pag-aayos ng gamit ko. Oh right I forgot to invite them.
“kaya nga” segunda naman ni Nadia.
Nagkatinginan kaming tatlo ni Ellia at Luke.
“Oo na sige, I'll tell Jace” sabi ni Luke.
“what you also?” Maureen pouted.
“sorry hindi namin nasabi” singit ni Ellia.
“pati you Elli?” Nadia said in disbelief kaya napainom si Ellia ng tubig.
“kala ko ba magkaibigan tayo” Maureen said while sulking.
Napatawa agad ako sa reaction niya “hey we didn't know na magkikita pala tayo ninyo ngayon dahil kala namin na busy kayo” I explained.
“so pag hindi pala tayo ninyo nagkita ngayon, you guys wouldn't invite us right?” Nadia said.
“hindi sa ganun” Ellia tried to explain.
“ganun yun” madiing sabi ni Nadia.
“Fine, we're very sorry, next time we'll tell you guys hmm?” I said.
“sa tingin mo ganun lang yun harrah?”
Napakunot ang noo ko.
“what do you mean?”
“We'll come with you guys but as your sorry to be accepted you must pay the bill” Nadia said while smirking.
“Oh, c'mon” reklamo ni Ellia.
“kayo nag aya ah, ang mahal kaya dito sa Spiral” Luke groaned.
Natawa ako sa reaction nila.
“fine ok, I'll pay, I got you guys” I said tsaka kinuha ang card ko.
“hoy gago joke lang syempre” Nadia widened her eyes.
“no I insist” sabi ko at tinawag na ang waiter to pay the bill.
“Harrah nagbibiro lang kami, ako ang nag invite dito, syempre Nadia and I understand you guys we're just playing” Maureen explained.
“hindi ako na” sabi ko.
“Harrah hindi talaga kami sasama sa inyo ako ang nang invite dito” Maureen warned me.
“fine” I answered in defeat.
“hay ang sarap talaga ng buhay if you have a rich rich rich friends” tinukod ni Luke ang kamay niya sa lamesa and he rested his chin on his palm at tumingin sa amin.
