I woke up with a slight headache. I slowly opened my eyes and the unfamiliar ceiling appeared to me. Where am I?
I roamed my eyes at sa labis na gulat ay biglang nakaramdam ang ng matinding kaba.
I tried to move my hands pero hindi ko magawa dahil nakatali sila. Nakaupo ako sa poste at nakatali ang kamay ganun din si Ash.
Yeah nandito si Ash. So… ito yung sinasabi ni Ethan that Ash was in danger?
Ash was sleeping. The room was so dim. Kami lang ni Ash ang nandito.
“Ash” I tried to call her name but there was no response so I called her twice kaya napa angat ang ulo niya bigla. Nagulat yata.
“Ash it's me Harrah” I said nang makita ko ang naguguluhan niyang expression.
“Harrah” she cried.
“yeah it's me” naiiyak na sabi ko.
“Why are you here?” she asked.
“They kidnapped me while I was walking on the highway,” I said.
Natahimik siya bigla.
“What's wrong?” I asked.
“I'm sorry harrah” naiiyak niyang sabi.
Why is she sorry?
“huh? It's not your fault” naguguluhang sabi ko.
“I'm really really sincerely sorry” she sobbed.
“why are yo-”
“anong ingay yan?!” napa talon ako sa gulat nang biglang marahas na bumukas ang pinto.
Natahimik kami bigla ni Ash.
“Let us go please,” Ash begged.
I can't clearly see the man's face because the shadow was cast against him.
“tahimik!” sigaw niya at marahas na isinarado ng pinto.
Napaiyak nalang si Ash.
“kanina ka pa dito?” I asked her.
“Not really” nahihirapang sabi niya dahil sa kakaiyak.
“Did they hurt you?”
“hindi naman, hindi niya naman siguro magagawa sa akin yun” she said.
My brow automatically furrowed “bakit mo nasabi yan? Do you know them?”
“Harrah… ”
“no answer me!” pasigaw kong bulong.
“I'm sorry” umiyak lang siya.
Bakit siya nag so-sorry? Ano ba ang nangyayari? Naguguluhan na ako. Please, I can't do this anymore. Ano ba ang tinatago niya?
“Ash I don't understand” I bit my lower lip.
