Days have passed but I feel so empty pa din.
Kuya Drew took me with him after that incident. Nagpaalam siya kila mommy bago ako dalhin sa condo niya. Hindi ko alam kung bakit nagpaalam pa siya sa kanila, whether they like it or not ay sasama pa rin ako kay kuya. I need someone who can accompany me yet I want to be alone. I don't understand myself.
Hindi na daw masyadong hectic ang sched ni Kuya Drew kasi kakatapos lang daw ng defense nila. I can't go to school like this kaya kinausap ni Kuya Drew ang head ng school about sa situation ko. Hopefully na intindihan naman nila.
“Stop thinking Azi” Pumasok si Kuya Drew sa room ko kaya napalingon ako sa pinto. Nasa guest room ako nag stay since wala akong kwarto dito sa condo niya.
“what's bothering you tell me hmm?” He sat down beside me on the edge of the bed facing the veranda with me. The scenery of the sky makes me feel at ease. Dapit hapon na kasi.
“Thinking if I should forgive them” I simply said.
“Don't pressure yourself Harrah” He patted my head.
“I saw dad’s reaction” I said.
“then?”
“he looks guilty, Hindi na siya nagsalita pa matapos kong ibuhos lahat ng galit ko” I honestly said “i felt bad” pag amin ko.
“its ok harrah, you're feelings are valid… hayaan mo silang ma realize ang pagkakamili nila”
“is it so?” I asked him and kuya nodded.
“Do you need something?” tanong niya sa akin.
Napaisip ako, ano nga ba ang ang kailangan ko and a memory of me earlier na nag cr-crave ng pizza sa ad na nakita ko while kuya was driving. I don't know pero basta basta nalang ako nag crave ng pizza.
“Can you buy me a pizza, Kuya?” nahihiyang tanong ko.
“sure” he chuckled as he stood up “I'll be back”
Napangiti ako. I missed Kuya Drew so much. I missed clinging to him but I'm too old to do that.
Nang makabalik si kuya ay nakahiga pa ako. He opened the door and handed me a box of pizza.
“hindi ka kakain kuya?” I asked him kaya napahinto siya.
“I'm full,” he simply said.
“ok” sabi ko at kumagat sa pizza.
Nang lalabas na sana si kuya ay bigla akong may naalala.
“Kuya Drew gusto kong magpakalayo muna” ibinalik ko ang pizza sa box at umupo ng maayos.
Kuya Drew suddenly faced me.
“What do you mean?” he said at umupo sa tabi ko.
“I can't focus, kuya if I am here” I said.
