" Sarah, Anna, John, I'm so sorry that happened to you tonight. You must understand, had I known they would act like that I would never ha----"

" Relax Warrick, I'm not that angry, I am mad at them, but not at you or Aqua."

" I still can't believe that selfish man would try to ruin your wedding. If someone were to attempt that at mine! No one would hold me back!"

" Cynthia, it isn't ladylike to throw your fists in the air in anger."

Warrick was apologizing, Cynthia was venting the frustration we all felt and Aqua was trying to help Cynthia calm down.

" How dare he attempt something like that! All because I never crushed him like the bug he is!"

Sarah was fuming.

" Sarah. It's okay."

Sarah turned to me as we walked.

" No! No, it isn't, John! To have another man appear and try to claim that he is close to me on the day I finally marry you! I wouldn't be able to take it if you looked at me differently."

Sarah started to cry from imagining something that would never happen. I approached her and she tried to back away from me. I used Holy Mana Body to quickly gain ground and grabbed her wrist. Sarah attempted to look away from me.

" Sarah. Do you dislike my face?"

Sarah began to tremble in front of me.

" No, no John, never."

" Then please look at me."

Sarah with great apprehension began to turn back to me. When she was finally staring at me, as I looked up at her, I realized that she was still a bit taller than me. I reached to her face and began to wipe the tears streaming down her cheeks.

" Sarah. I didn't marry you because I thought you were some perfect noble lady or because you're some great warrior. Yes, those are traits that are nice to have, but I married you because I fell in love with a girl named Sarah Dreadnaught. Say Diablos goes under tomorrow. Do you think I'd hate you or Anna? Do you think I'd be capable of marrying a woman simply because it benefited me? Just like that idiot implied?"

" No... No, you wouldn't."

" Am I looking at you differently?"

Sarah stared deep into my eyes. And she began to relax, tears sprouted from her eyes again, only this time they were accompanied by a smile.

" No, John you aren't."

" Exactly. Because just like I said. I love you. You are MY wife. No one will ever take that from us. Whenever you feel any kind of negative emotion. Remember I'm here for you always. As your husband now."

I leaned in and kissed her. I then turned to Anna who had a complicated expression on her face.

" I understand that from now on this is only going to get more difficult Anna. This isn't an easy life we've chosen. But please, always remember that I love you, from now to my dying days."

" I know John, I as well love you. I'm just sad that even on our wedding day, none of us can be granted some peace.

Anna relaxed her expression, and I kissed her as well.

" Hopefully when I have my own lands. I can create a place where peace is all we will have."

Sarah and Anna hugged me together. We stood like that for a few moments before we heard coughing.

I looked up to see Warrick, Aqua and Cynthia looking at us with tense smiles.

" Sorry about that but, look! Sarah's calmed down!"
